Stay clear of this scam..
I ordered a solar light for home, never received.
I emailed numerous times and was told to contact shipping company, which of course is in China
Impossible to get resolution
But thankfully protected by PayPal

Zero Stars but no option, ordered weeks ago, chased they said no address for sign on order, so sent address, they confirmed but still no sign. DO NOT BUY Just wish I’d checked reviews before ordering.

I made my purchase, I paid for express delivery £15+ .After 3 4 weeks I got my order in very poor package obviously broken item ! I contacted the seller and never got any answer.. they answer very fast before you pay for the order, after that can you forgot about them.

Signs sent out - solar lights faulty - regal do not return any contact for replacements or for cash.

DO NOT buy from this horrible company. I tried to have a custom present made for my spouse and even paid for damage protection, but it still came damaged and they did NOT replace it. This company is terrible and I hope they go bankrupt and never rip anyone else off ever again.

I went to the web site and ordered what I believed was a solar light address. When it arrived it was a plug in type. I contacted the company and was advised my problem because of the site says plugin. I went back to the site and no where does it say plugin.

No where does it say plugin

Waste of money. I hate being ripped off.
They sent me a sign, wrong address on the sign. No response from the company through email. Cripe sakes.

I purchased a moon picture item Oct '24. The item arrived with the date format in American when I asked for Australian. When I complained and sent the exact date format that I wanted, they sent another item, SAME American format. So I sent another complaint! Third time lucky right!?? NO... STILL IN AMERICAN FORMAT, wrong font & a ugly line through the moon! I have sent so many emails asking for a replacement. They're now saying that too much time has passed since the original order & they cannot replace. I understand, but why can't they get "quality control" to check orders before they go out!

These products are garbage! We ordered the light and when they came they were cute but much smaller than expected. My husband put up the plaque and affixed the light WITH THE TAPE THEY PROVIDED. I didn't even get to see the sign light up because a few hours later the light fell off the plaque. The plaque itself was fine but the light shattered into pieces. They are now refusing to refund my money because 'the product was delivered in good condition'. This was NOT the issue and they are refusing to do anything about it. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY!!!

ONE BIG HELL OF A SCAM!!! Last year I ordered sunglasses, and to this day I haven't received my order nor the refund even though I was regularly sending them e-mails with questions! Today I got an answer to my e-mail saying: "We are unable to assist you with this order as it dates back to las year. The store is now under new ownership, and unfortunately, we cannot process requests related to previous transactions.". ..!.. , Regal Maison!

Total scam! Product is of terrible quality, they made a mistake and will not take responsibility for it!

Do not order from regal maison . I ordered a door plaque. After 6 month the solar wont stop flashing. I’ve emailed numerous times with no response. Absolute rip off and shouldn’t be allowed to trade in the UK

I bought a 3D picture of my daughter and her fiancé when they got engaged as a gift to them. The first frame took forever to arrive and was broken due to poor packaging and when contacted they did provide a replacement which was different to the original picture and again I received another broken picture around a month after contacting them again. I tried to make contact via email on numerous occasions and was ignored by them, with no replacement and no refund! Poor customer service and very disappointed as my daughter received two broken items! I am left out of pocket and she doesn’t have her picture. Do not buy from them as I know I won’t ever again!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Horrific company! Sent for a 3d cartoon picture of my kids! Was I got was something my 4 year old nephew could have done better!
When I complained they blamed AI!!! No apology or return!
Months later I got a random email regarding further products, I replied again stating my disappointment regarding my picture, THEY REPLIED and reiterated what was in my complaints email!!

My experience with Regal Maison has been completely disastrous, dishonest, and frankly, feels like a well-organized scam. I strongly advise ANYONE considering purchasing from this site to AVOID IT if you value your money and time.
Regal Maison failed to meet their delivery deadline (promised 4 days, failed after 3 months), blamed the customer for a supposed "wrong address" (which was correct), and now expects me, the customer, to lose my money due to an internal policy that is entirely absurd, abusive, and dishonest.
They are withholding my money for a product I never received due to their poor logistical management and a "no reshipment" policy that allows them to keep the funds without delivering the goods. This is not a mistake; it is an act of commercial bad faith.

Ordered my first plaque last year to hang outside my home in Spain. I didn’t travel there until March this year when I hung the first one. It looked lovely so I ordered a second which I fitted a couple of months later. Both stopped working around June / July this year. I enquired to which they told me that their warranty is for 3 days only!

Buyer beware. I shan’t be using them or their products again.

I bought two license plates as gifts for my children. They arrived quickly, but with an error in the number. I let them know, and they quickly replied that they would send me new plates, which arrived a few days ago. Very good service, serious and responsible. I would recommend them anyway. Thank you very much for your good customer service.

I placed an order and it has never been received.
Follow up emails have proven pointless. Their automated replies are the same every time. They claim the customisation details have never been received by them but I’ve provided that information twice.
I didn’t receive a proper order receipt or invoice, even though the item has been paid for in full, and I never received a tracking number.

When it first arrived unfortunately there was a crack on the Solar Light, not Regalmaison’s fault but a replacement was sent out !
I’m not sure this product is worth the £40 I paid but time will tell !
Overall happy with the sign and the overall service given by this company !
