Ordered a door sign and waited weeks for it to be delivered only to find that they had used an incorrect address. No response to emails - do not waste your money. Says it is a USA company but eventually shipped from China.

I still have t received my order after 5 months of emails, they refuse to refund my money that i paid even though the product hasent been made

Absolutely disgraceful service🤨
I waited 17 days for an item to arrive which was packed in a flimsy light weight card box and also partially open.
The item was faulty so I informed the company that I required a refund.
They ignored this request babbled on about their terms and conditions.
I purchased via PayPal so remain hopeful that I can get a refund.
PLEASE don’t use this company….🫣

The product is very sub standard.The light fell off as the tape isn't strong or weatherproof. The back plate is warped. Customer service doesn't exist. Please do not order from this scam company.

Scam they take your money but do not send you the product - it says shipped from china but never arrives - they don’t respond to emails and block you on social media if you try to write reviews on their posts !!!

Terrible service. They took my money right away and disappeared. I wasn’t sure if it was a scam as I reached out to them several times. Only until I got my credit card involved did they reach out. It has been 11 days and still no product. I asked to cancel the order and they won’t let me since it has been processed but not sent???? Do not buy from them!

Very disappointing experience – poor quality and no customer support

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. The product I received (house and street number sign) was of poor quality – the screws were too short and couldn’t hold the sign properly. I contacted their customer support multiple times, but received no meaningful response.

They completely ignored my refund request and have not resolved the issue to this day. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It’s been a long time now, and I had to order a new product from another company.

I will be reporting this to my bank and leaving negative reviews on all platforms. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

I wish I looked at the review before I made the order. It's the worst cheap product I have ever seen. It's not worth more than a pound. I throw this chip shit in the bin.

PAID FOR A SOLAR ADDRESS PLAQUE. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH WITH NO UPDATES OR PRODUCT. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY AND THEY CLAIM THERE WAS NO ORDER MADE ? MY MISTAKE SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. SCAMMED AGAIN

Really poor product and aftercare. Ordered product for Mother’s Day which arrive really late and was a very poor representation of the actual advertised product. This was a bespoke item and when it arrived it looked nothing like the advertised items. I was refused a refund despite sending in photo proof and offering to return the product. Really poor product, service and aftercare to resolve a fairly straightforward issue. I would not recommend.

THREE PRODUCTS SENT AND ALL BROKEN.

So I finally received my picture of the moon phase and I paid for it to be gift wrapped and it was not and upon opening the box it came in the frame was broken so I will have to get it reframed and pay even more money. I was going to order from this company again but I will not ever order from them again! And I'm really upset that it took over a month for me to get this and then I receive it and the damn frame is broken! And their customer support takes forever to get back to you so zero stars.

I paid for and purchased a door plaque over 2 months ago and have never received the goods.
I have sent many emails and have been fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I am now in the process of reporting Regal Maison to the Trading Standards, the Police, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Media, PayPal, my Bank, and the Press, etc.
They should not have a licence to trade or take money by card.

This is the WORST company I’ve ever done business with. Wanted a wedding picture with the kids turned into the cartoon like was advertised and got a nightmare. Contacted the company and they won’t make it right! Whatever you do, Don’t Do Business with Regal Maison you will just be throwing your money away! Mad as H***!

Awful company. Ordered for a special birthday for my sister. Item took 3 weeks to arrive, it was not gift wrapped although I paid extra for this and when it was opened the frame literally fell apart as it was picked up. Told them I wanted a refund immediately, they ignored that and said they are sending a replacement even though I have told them I don't want one, it's too late now and besides that the Item is below expected standard and extremely shoddily made, not worth £34! I wish I had read the reviews first!! Don't touch this company. I will be contacting my cc company today.

I totally should have done my research before trying this place for a cartoon memory as what I received was a sketch at best. Terrible./ STAY AWAY.

Be careful!! This company are big SCAMMERS! Item never arrived even correct address was provided! They are saying can’t give refund or ship again the item. This compagny is a pure scam. I paid for an item 2 months ago and I provided all the information they asked for initially (phone number and adress) and after two months of making me wait, here is their answer « Thank you for your patience. that is simply their fault if you were not able to deliver it after two months delay. This is a full scam that they get paid for an item, that they have all the information to honor the order they were paid for and that they end up not delivering it and keeping the money. This is plain theft and I will make sure everyone knows this website is a scam
