Terrible experience

Terrible experience! My first bad review about a company! There were literally no updates about the order, until I reached out. By then the order had returned back as the courier couldn’t reach out to me - and in the tracking, there was just one attempt on one day to reach out to the customer! And why there were no email communications? And why since until the customer reaches out? It all seems like a scam. There is neither a refund nor a reshipment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

cartoon picture in a frame came broken

Ordered a cartoon picture in a frame, the picture was fine but it was delivered broken, took 10 days to get a reply which said they had passed it to a senior manage to respond, it was broken so what was the issue, I even sent photos, will be interesting to see what the final outcome is.Customer service a joke, would not buy from them again

Avoid or regret.

Ordered a sign for my house and for some reason they said i had spelt the name of my road incorrectly on my order ? Yet correctly on the delivery address so it turned up spelt incorrectly I contacted them and their response was pretty poor they gave me of screenshot they say of my order form with the incorrect spelling of my road they would not even consider a replacement I was a new customer never shopped with them before and had been very tempted to order even more products from regal maison but now after the complete disregard for my issue as they say it was my error which I'm not so sure of as I know how to spell my address as it was on the package when it arrived spelt correctly this is a poor company with absolutely terrible customer service and satisfaction i will not be purchasing anything else from this company. Poor poor poor in fact Totally SH#T especially when the company states it's complete customer 100% satisfaction well I'm not satisfied and they don't care

this company is a scam artist

this company is a scam artist - placed 2 orders for Christmas to 2 different addresses one in PA, the other in CA. They were placed in sequence but charged as to orders to my card. It took them a week to send a ship tracking number. Four months later I find out they put both orders under the same tracking number. The cheaper of the 2 orders arrived in mid Jan to CA and the second more expensive has never arrived. I asked for a refund and was ghosted by Maison. Gave them a month to refund and then gave it to my credit card company who said they sent delivery confirmation which they didn't actually the Yun Express says its still in progress. I have sent credit card company a packet of emails and screen shots. Hope they look at this company again as a bad actor. Note to self - don't follow a link to shop even from a trusted person.

I didn't receive the item I have paid…

I didn't receive the item I have paid for. After opening a PayPal case I was given a tracking number from regal Maison finally which then automatically closed the case. I was sent was a small package of paper after several months. PayPal has closed the case a second time. The company is looking into the situation with senior management.

Do not buy anything from this Company

Do not buy anything from this Company. The quality of the items are poor and if you dare to ask for a refund you are told NO! Go to another Company who are not charging extortionate prices for poor quality items that they will not refund you for.

Ordered a customised Birthdate Moon…

Ordered a customised Birthdate Moon Phase plaque. The item arrived with the wrong birthdate ( showed 29 Feb 1989, a date that doesn’t exist as 1989 was not a leap year) and a made up moon phase. Informed Regal Maison who would not refund me but would replace the item, two months later the replacement arrived exactly the same as the one they sent before. Now they won’t even respond to my messages.
Absolute rubbish complete waste of money and time. Do not deal with this company.

Regal Maison IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I ordered a foldable Potty Training Seat with missing parts. The pictures clearly show a pot and a padded seat that I did not received. I reached out to Customer Service and they were not responsive. I sent pictures of what I received and they said I got everything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE AWFUL TO WORK WITH. TERRIBLE CUSTOER SERVICE!!!!

Stay away from regal Maison…

I ordered the address plaque When I punched in the address spellcheck changed it I caught it at once and fixed it. I was assured that it was changed and I would get the right one. I waited for 3 months and received a message that someone would get back to me in 3 working days . lies!! Finally they wanted a picture sent to them which I sent 3 times . Now today they sent a email saying I only had 3 days to report it and I was passed the deadline. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. I wish I had read the reviews here first. Believe me I will warn everyone I know to stay away from this company

Horrible product and terrible customer service. Please stay away.
The light does not light up the house numbers at night. I live in Florida, and we get a lot of sun. Customer service told me I may not be getting enough sun. Really????

NO RESPONSE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

This company supplies defective products (read the complaints). Once you receive the defective product and complain, they ask for a photo - I sent the photo of the clearly defective product that I received and that was it - I never heard from them again and they never replied to any future emails. Horrid product and equally Horrid Customer Service. Do Not Use!

I ordered a beautiful moon picture but…

I ordered a beautiful moon on the day you were born picture. The images showed happy people with their picture with their name with a heart image on either side of it, so when I ordered mine I put (heart image) on either side of the name and sadly that is exactly how it came. Stupid of me in retrospect but there was no option to add a heart picture in my order. The customer service team got back to me really quickly but said after reviewing the pictures that I provided that they couldn’t help as I had got exactly what I ordered. Which is true. So it’s now an expensive addition to my rubbish bin as it is not very lovely at all! I’m sure it was my fault but I think they need to work on the clarity in their ordering system.

I wish I could give minus 10 Stars for what I received nothing like they advertised,I sent a photo that was suppose to be made into a Cartoon style photo it is NOT Cartoon style and it is not even like the people in the photo,I wish I had read all these terrible reviews before I ordered from them because I can’t see any good ones,when I complained to them they said I got what I ordered what a joke just a Disgusting low ball company if you are thinking of ordering anything from them DON’T.

Ordered a solar door plaque I got a email saying the delivery firm couldn’t deliver and was returned to firm this was about 3 months.I’ve been emailing regularly to find out what’s happening and they have said they are looking into it I know get a email saying it’s been delivered to the wrong address and nothing they can do about it.I paid extra for guarantee delivery.They are a complete con firm a complete disgrace KM Stratford

Address plaque

I ordered an address plaque from this company. They sent me a coupon to apply but when I tried to apply the coupon the website would not allow me to apply it. So I immediately placed another order and it allowed me to apply the coupon. I emailed the company and asked them to cancel the first order and was told that they would not cancel the order. I contacted my credit card company to let them handle it. When my credit card company contacted them Regal Mason lied and said that I had the item so they can't cancel the order but this was a lie. I did not get the order until a few days later. Then the 2nd item came I did not open it until a month later only to find out that the item was wrong. Now Regal Mason will not fix the order. This is bad customer service. Do not order from this company.
