It took a month and a half to receive my product which was supposed to come with the face serum. I did not receive the serum so I have been calling the customer service number for days now. It does stop ringing but if you wait a recorded message says all customer service reps are busy and to leave your name and number. However no one calls you back. When I ordered my products they asked me to be an influencer for their product….absolutely not!!!

Looks like I am experiencing similar issues as most of these other reviews. I am unable to track the package and have been emailing and looking for assistance. Customer Service required you to leave a message and it’s coming up on a month since I ordered the product. I am hopeful the product will arrive soon, otherwise I’ll start a dispute through the credit card company.
Regenalight is obviously over extended and lacks resources but also does not disclose the shipping time needed due to coming from China. Shipping transparency and a full review of your customer service process is recommended. Maybe the mask works well but these reviews will stifle future business.

This is a huge SCAM! My product supposedly shipped and I was provided tracking information, but I never received it. First, it was listed as out for delivery, then undeliverable (even though I had been home all day and no delivery attempt was made), so I reached out for support and was told to just wait a few more days or contact my local post office, which I did, and they had no package. It did not arrive, and I reached out again with no response. I requested a refund, and was told I had to send the item back to them before I could get a refund! The item I NEVER RECEIVED! I tried calling the phone number on thier website and guess what - it rings once with no answer and then just stops ringing. So I have no product, can't get a refund and you can't reach anyone for support.

I ordered the Regenalight the first of December, My credit card was charged on December 5th and I still have not received it. I tried calling and it says to leave a message that they don't return and I sent an email and did not receive a response.

So far so good! Received both masks and they work great. There was a hiccup with shipping, but customer service was great and handled it properly. Even when shipping from China. My only complaint is the strap. It's a little uncomfortable to use. However, that might not me the case for others.

I need to amend my review of Regenalight. I just received the serum I was charged for 30 days before. I wouldn't have thought this was a scam if they only answered the phone or sent an email. This company needs to greatly improve their communications. Don't know how the serum will work and it doesn't say if I should use it while wearing the mask.

I’ve tried to call a few times no response. I’ve emailed four times no response. I want to return my item for a full refund. This place is a joke. It is a scam.

Absolute scam it’s the same one from temu that’s 15 dollars. Takes a month before they ship it and it falls apart immediately

I ordered this led face mask on December 6th for a Christmas present for my mom. I've tried emailing this terrible company to see when her gift would be arriving and kept getting ups trackers from them saying it was on its way. Well, today is Christmas. I never recieved the red light mask I bought her and since they already charged me, I can't afford anything else. Now I have no gift for my mom and I have to go thru the hassel of reporting this company as a fraud and try to get my money back. Do not use this fraudulent company at any cost!

Also, fell for this scam. I scoured and never saw China only that will arrive in time. Tracking seems to never move because its on a container ship probably.

I ordered the mask and the second for half off. I was leary after I ordered this product. The address for contact was listed in the UK, but shipping info. was from China. I followed the shipping info daily. The products came in about 3 weeks.
They look impressive. They charge fine. They shut off after 15 minutes just as it says. The main issue is the strap. It would be nice if they had a strap more like a hockey mask that goes over the head. It slides down my face. My daughter has a fuller face, and it fits her just fine. I will try to update in about 12 weeks of use because that is about how long it takes with LED red light therapy to notice a difference

These people ship from china. Delivery takes a long time. I ordered 2 weeks before Xmas. This company hides the fact that they ship from china. Misleading.
I wish I had read the reviews on this awful company first. It’s fine you are shipping from china. Just disclose!
Of course the 4 I bought for Xmas presents will not arrive and from the reviews of people that did get it it’s a piece of crap anyway. Impossible nonexistent customer service as well.

Also fell for the scam!!! Do not purchase it's a scam. Number provided only lets you leave a message. You never get to talk to customer service 1(800)557-0297. Try it yourself! Their website says, "as seen on" The CUT, Good Morning America, and New Beauty. None of these places have any knowledge of this product. Currently filing a fraud claim with my bank.

Do not order from this company it’s a scam they’re not in London they said the product was delivered and it wasn’t i have sent 20 emails and they refuse to deal with it they send some auto response. I am reporting to the bank the police. They are scamming them who ever referred this should be liable. I heard it was Poosh. Scam do not order

When you look at their US address it’s just a bunch of tech companies. They are a fake company just using a name to scam people and shop cheap fake masks from China!

They refuse to help with shipping problems they refuse to refund if you receive after the 30 days return policy.

If you file with your credit card company that it’s a scam they will ask you to take it back. Bc it’s shipped yet, they are fake

Mask stopped working after less than a week - not charging or turning on.

DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered a mask on sale and then thought to research reviews off their website. They won’t return my email or calls. I keep getting updated emails saying my item has shipped but when I hit track package, it won’t give me any information. I’m so frustrated.

The buy one-get one free offer is a scam - no free mask ever arrived and the telephone number gives the same recorded response and no-one ever calls back, or responds to your email messages. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from this company.

Hesitated after reading reviews but seems so far so good , received product about week later, it is a budget option , I use the neck pc on my hair and the face mask Is firm on face so I add the foam off Covid shield lol to protect face . I do see subtle improvements as I have skin issues , cellulitis ,very sensitive skin…not wanting to speak too early but irritation seems decreased . I do recommend this product, fraction of cost of other ones and seems to be helping , the customer service and shipping was great , not sure why everyone is complaining about this product…will write progress review in some time but so far so good.

I should have read this before ordering.
I ordered and within 5 min canceled the order by email, using their messaging service on the website and by using their cancel order facility on their website

They still managed to send me an email to dispatch the order.
