My only quibble would be that I phoned them believing I was
calling a uk number as it shows +44 at the beginning as this is a uk code. I ask the lady where was I calling as she seemed to have a bit of an accent, she told it was Germany. well I was a bit surprised to say the least, when I questioned this she said it was an international number.
tracking my parcel I could see it was
processed in Lithuania
then to Warsaw Poland
then to Hanover Germany
then to Gatwick London
and finally to me.
I had ordered a spare glass shade. it was well wrapped and arrived intact.
I have ordered and had deliveries made in uk which where damaged on arrival so I was really pleased
would I use them again... yes

I ordered 2 lights to be delivered to Greece. These arrived quickly and were really lovely. Unfortunately we broke 2 of the glass shades so I contacted the company to see if I could buy replacements. They phoned to check just what I needed, said they would check with the warehouse to see if replacements were available and the price. They then emailed the price and a link for me to confirm this was acceptable. Shortly after I replied I got another email with a link to pay and provide shipping address. Unfortunately the form was in German and didn’t have the UK as a delivery option. I then received another call to see if there was a problem so I explained. They sent another link, all in English with a Paypal link and UK address. Each person who called was helpful and spoke fluent English. The replacements arrived today with no problem.

The lights are perfect. High quality and really easy to install. We were able to track the order each step of the way, so knew exactly when it would arrive. Will use them again, highly recommended.

Although the light fitting was a nightmare to assemble it looks fantastic, and I have no hesitation in recommending RegenBogen.
The item was really well packaged, with free delivery and tracking.
It was delivered days earlier than quoted so no-one was home; RegenBogen actually contacted me to assist with re-delivery.
