I recently had foot surgery after degenerative arthritis pretty well left me in constant pain and unable to walk more than 1/4 mile. Radical surgery to say the least, bone grafts from my hip, pins in two Metatarsals and ligament and tendon repair.
Prior to surgery I tried multiple inserts to alleviate my pain, some more effective than others. In total five different, well known orthotic inserts.
After surgery I again tried those same inserts in my shoes with varied relief, until I took a chance on RegenEx, thinking probably just another well advertised an expensive dud. I was wrong… these insoles give me more relief than anything I had prior to surgery and the two I bought since. Even those recommended by my surgeon and the podiatrist that referred me to the surgeon. They will be in all of my shoes before winter! I truly am happy I took the chance. They even make my HeyDudes wearable again.
