As a loyal customer for 3 years @ €34.99 per month, I was shocked when I checked my bank details to find that almost double that amount was taken from my account for a 4 month period. When I rang to complain & ask for a refund, I got no satisfaction whatsoever. The tone had completely changed from the very nice person who sold me the package initially to a buzz off attitude. Moral of my story, cancel immediately once your contract expires!

Good Installation by Nik, internet speeds very fast compared to old service and Nik explained everything

We had our broadband installed today by Nik from Regional broadband. He was excellent. He explained everything so well and made sure we understood how it all operates. He was polite,efficient and tidy while carrying out his work. Definitely deserves 5 ☆☆☆☆☆.
