I've had several loans up to $5000 with Regional and paid all of them off rather quickly. This last time, I was not expecting it to take 1-1/2 hours, literally. During the entire application process I was told that I was approved for $6000, but at the end I only got $3000. When I asked why, I was told that the manager makes the final decision. Mind you, I had just paid off a $5,000 loan last month, within a month so her only giving me half of what I was approved for didn't sit well. I would never have sat there 90 minutes, if I had known this was going to happen. I had to go borrow the other money I needed from somewhere else. Once again, I've paid off this loan in 3 weeks. I'd just like it if I can do business at one location.

I am a new customer that set up an automatic draft to come out every month. However the very disrespectful manager Ebony Evans calls me to tell me that I am behind AND being charged a late fee because of their mistake in the setup. She even had my card number that I used to set up the draft with. HOW am I being charged a fee when it is their fault? She also proceeds to tell me that the fees will just continue to rack up even though it was not my fault. I asked to speak to someone above her. She would not give me that information and said that she would have them call me. A lie-Big surprise there...So I called the corporate office to file a formal complaint against her and will not stop there with this.. She is a disgrace to the management field. This is NOT a company that I would recommend. I wish there was a 0 star option here.
Total lies... Electronic checks takes days..regreats and changing of terms terrible consistently. Do not believe you will get your money automatically.. because you won't ..p.s. their always sorry.
