I am very disappointed with the quality…

I am very disappointed with the quality of service from this store. If you are choosing between this store and another one, choose the other. Last time I ordered flowers from BLUME2000.DE and was very satisfied, I regret turning to Regionsflorist this time.
I ordered flowers and champagne to be delivered to my mother for her birthday on a specific date. However, first the courier did not arrive on time, then they confirmed another time, and later I was simply informed that the delivery would only take place on the next business day.

And this is despite the store claiming customer satisfaction and reliability guarantees. At the same time, the position of "we don’t control the delivery" sounds unpleasant and far from customer-oriented.
Quality service is when a brand has the courage to admit: "Yes, we failed to deliver on time – here’s a flower as a gift, please come back and tell your friends," instead of aiming for a "one-time purchase."

I deeply regret placing an order with…

I deeply regret placing an order with Regionflorist.de. This company gave me the illusion of professionalism, but in reality, their practices are careless, misleading, and deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, I trusted them without reading online reviews first a mistake I will not repeat.

The flowers I ordered were meant as a gift and the delivery address, a business location, was entered 100% correctly. The address was open and fully accessible at the scheduled delivery time, something that can be verified through the cameras on-site. Despite this, Regionflorist.de never even attempted delivery to the correct location. Instead, they chose to leave the order somewhere completely unrelated while still charging an extra €5.95 for a delivery service they never properly carried out.

What makes this worse is their response afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the burden onto the customer, insisting that the recipient should go and pick up the flowers themselves. This was never agreed upon during purchase, and it completely undermines the very purpose of paying for delivery.

After reading numerous other reviews, I realized this was not an isolated incident. Many customers report being treated in the exact same way. This is not a one-time mistake it appears to be a repeated pattern, a business model built on neglect, with no regard for agreements, customer satisfaction, or even basic accountability.

Regionflorist.de has turned what should have been a thoughtful gift into a source of frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. In my opinion, their practices border on fraudulent, and I strongly believe this company should be investigated and reported. I urge future customers: avoid Regionflorist.de at all costs. Choosing them feels like being scammed.

Lovely flowers, not overpriced, delivered on time

Not knowing what to expect I found this company when looking for flower deliveries in Germany, I live in the UK. Looked for a reasonably priced birthday bouquet. Got a call from the recipient today, she was over the moon. Delivery was on time, the bouquet lovely. Would also like to mention I was kept updated by email throughout the process. Will definitely use again.

AVOID

AVOID! Mother’s Day flowers ordered to be delivered one day prior just in case of delays and they didn’t even manage to deliver them ON MOTHERS DAY! As a response to your complain they will tell you not to worry since the flowers should still be fresh with 2 days delay! ABSURT! How can a flower delivery company not understand the importance of delivering flowers on time!? DO NOT USE THEM! Plenty of wonderful flower businesses will do a lot better!

Extremely Disappointed with Regionsflorist.de – Avoid!

I ordered flowers as a gift, expecting them to be delivered properly. Instead, DHL failed to deliver them, left no notification, and sent them to a pickup station without informing the recipient. By the time I was notified, the pickup location was already closed for the weekend, meaning the flowers could only be collected on Monday—completely defeating the purpose of sending fresh flowers.
Friday, when the delivery attempt was made, as that’s when the issue began. I have been trying to resolve this with the company up until Tuesday, but they have not provided a proper solution.

Despite multiple emails, Regionsflorist.de refused to take any responsibility, blaming DHL and insisting the recipient should pick up the flowers themselves. The address and name were correct, yet they kept repeating the same excuses. A proper flower delivery service should ensure gifts are actually delivered to the recipient, not abandoned at a pickup point for days.

This is not a professional service, and I would never order from them again. If you're considering using them, be aware that your flowers may not reach their destination in time—if at all.

It is a pity that the flowers are not picked up at the pickup point. As mentioned in the emails and during the ordering process, it is unfortunately the case that DHL sometimes does not want to deliver if no one is at home, the name is not on the doorbell or, for example, neighbors do not want to answer. Then we pay extra to DHL not to destroy the flowers but to bring them to a pickup point, so that the recipient can prove that she does live at the address and can enjoy the fresh flowers.

As I had indicated, the pickup point was open on Friday until 6 p.m. and on Saturday it was also open until 12 p.m. I hope that you can still tell the recipient that she can pick up the flowers and then she can enjoy the beautiful flowers.

I made an order from another country

I made an order from another country. I paid for both the bouquet and the delivery, it turned out that they send DHL, the couriers of the company are, to put it mildly, incompetent. The bouquet was on the way for several days, in the end they could not deliver it, since the courier did not find the address. The courier did not contact me by phone. The most interesting thing is that everyone received payment, but the goods were never delivered. I was asked to pay 50% again for a new order... If you contact this company, think twice...

Mother in law birthday

If you don’t want to be disappointed
if you do not want your loved ones to cry on their birthday DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law !!!!! Mother in law !!! in advance to arrive on February 1. It’s already February 4 and no delivery. They send me tracking number. it shows that DHL has this flowers for four days somewhere in the truck, but it’s still not delivered to my mother-in-law. Imagine how amazing the service is when you can asking for help they have no responsibility for DHL ? Seriously 😐 you have to hand deliver flowers to my MOTHER IN LAW AND APOLOGIZE IN PERSON not to say we do not have control of it

Beyond expectations

A beautiful bouguet with a vase was delivered on the date promised, and the recipient was delighted. Several neighbours commented that thay had never seen such a gorgeous bouguet, and the recipient said the flowers were in prime condition without one petal or leaf wilted or out of place.

They will be late and the flowers will look miserable!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! I was blessed in my life to be in a lot of countries and order flowers for my loved ones! I never expected this kind of experience when ordering flowers!
The flowers where ment to be sent on the 16 and they where there 3 days later!
They claim that this is not their fault because they send the flowers one day in advance from the supposed delivery day. But they know that DHL will be 3 days late! So to sum it up, the worst experience ever!

Simply Wonderful!

Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my very dear friend in Germany, and I live in Canada . The whole experience from beginning to end was so easy and I must say we were both extremely pleased with the wonderful service and the beautiful blooms. The flowers were very similar to the picture advertised and were extremely fresh as many of the blooms were just starting to open. Once more the delivery was exactly on time! Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Regionsflorist! I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know and I will certainly be ordering from you again!

They leave comment 97% chance it will arrive next day, but not, ur flowers will end up late, it waaaaas birthdaaaaaay flowers!!!!!!!!
DHL said u should ship it express!!!!
120$ and i didn’t get flowers on time!
And now i wonder what is going to be the condition of the flowers when they arrive!!!!
Remember they don’t ship it on time!!!!

Pick up your own funeral flowers…

The order was not delivered and after raising with their customer service they said that DHL didn’t deliver successfully to recipient (like that wasn’t already clear) and that the person could go to the depot and pick up themselves! The recipient was an 85 year old man who just lost his wife! I asked for a refund as this was not an acceptable conclusion and they have ignored me completely- never use this company.

They are not Regional at all!! And also a World Champ in Over-promise & Under-perform

Order placed with 20 roses and sparkling wine as a surprise. However, the shipment was sent by Regionsflorist with DHL from the Netherlands! Nothing *Region* -sflorist! Disappointed! In addition, the deliverer didn't even bother to call the neighbors, which is normal when flowers are to be delivered, and simply handed the order over to a Deutsche Post pick-up point. The recipient does not know that it is about flowers to be picked up as soon as possible, the whole surprise was in the a**ch and will never order flowers from this Dutch company again. It's a scam, because if you present yourself as a regional florist, but then deliver the flowers on a 2-day tour without delivery instructions, then you are fooling your customer. .... I am totally pissed off and will pass on my little story wherever I can.

When I asked Regionsflorist, I was told that the delivery person could not deliver the goods. Unfortunately, I can prove that there were people present at the address, including neighbours with whom people were also present. I am stunned by this poor service/product and the CEO, Mr. van Zandvoort (the company Regionsflorist.de is managed from the Netherlands by World of Flowers BV in Rotterdam) should scratch his ear and consider whether it would not make more sense to work with actual regional florists to avoid such delivery mishaps. And yes, it will be more expensive, but believe me, I'd rather pay a few euros more so that local businesses can really benefit from it instead of this cheap madness that ultimately ruins the whole surprise!

Please NEVER use this company!!!

Please make sure you stay away from this flower shop services provider. First of all, the bouquets on the web site are different from what you are getting, I ordered a white seasonal bouquet and I received a cheap looking seasonal flower bouquet. Second issue, they are not respecting the date of delivery, they delayed my delivery with 2 days, flowers have been given to the driver 4 days before the actual delivery. Obviously the bouquet was not looking well anymore, the roses were withered. After I have companied to them by e-mail, they are telling me it is mentioned on their website the possibility of delay and that they guarantee 7 days of flowers freshness and to send them again a picture of the bouquet in the next days...How rude?! How could you ask your friends to send you picture of the bouquet..when anyway they received it 2 days after the event they where supposed to be received... NOT worth the money, stay away from them, please.

Response on the received answer from Regionflorist:
I am sorry, but your reply has no sense...the roses came already wilted, what kind of picture do you expect in 7 days???With a preserved bouquet? Would anyone disturb his friends with these kind of requests when anyway they received a non-fresh and delayed bouquet???

The florist in the flower bindery has complete freedom in taste, color and style if you order a seasonal bouquet. They make a great bouquet in their own style with the available flowers that they currently have in the flower bindery. The photo on our website is just an example that it can be anything the florist makes. We also clearly describe on the product page that this bouquet is an example photo and that the florist makes a white bouquet with the available flowers. I advise you to order a specific bouquet in the future, if you do not want to give the freedom to the florist.

The recipient has a freshness guarantee of 7 days after delivery. If the flowers are no longer fresh within this period, we would like to receive a clear photo of the delivered bouquet within this period.

Don't use this service, stay away!

Don't use this service! Never ever. We used Regionflorist.de for sending flowers to a relative in the Hamburg region, since her husband sadly had passed away. We paid 50 euro with our card for a medium size bouquet. The flowers were sent out the 18th of May and arrived 7 (!) days later. All flowers were dead. We complained multiple times to the customer service at Regionflorist.de

They refused to give us our money back and opted for sending out a new bouquet. They flat out refused talking to us on the phone and refused giving us their number. It's just awful customer service. They sent out a new bouquet and "promised" express delivery. Again, the flowers arrived after 5 (!) days and half of the bouquet was already dead.

Again, the refused us any compensation and it's was really embarressing for us to know that our grieving relative got dead flowers TWICE when her husband just passed away. She got very upset and it felt just horrible.

After asking multiple times we finally got half of our money back. Horrible experince!

Committed to Fresh Guarantee

My friend used Regionsflorist to send me flowers for my birthday. Unfortunately, within just a couple days many of the flowers were wilted. I took some pictures and contacted customer service since they have a freshness guarantee. They responded promptly and were very polite. After a few exchanges, they had a new bouquet delivered to my door. I could easily see the difference in how much better / fresher the new bouquet was. I’m very happy with the new flowers - they’re gorgeous! I’m also very pleased with how they handled the experience, it was so easy and positive. I would definitely order from them in the future.

Flowers not arranged as on website

I wish it would be possible to upload pictures here as proof. I ordered the Jamila bouquet for a friend's birthday. On the website it was beautifully arranged and the website claims professionals arrange the flowers. When my friend send me the pic of what she got, I was horrified as it looked like someone bought half off fuel station flowers and threw in some branches they ripped of a bush without even making the effort of at least cutting the different flowers to a length that would make sense in this bouquet. I sent the picture to customer service the photo of what my friend got, and they just said the number and type of flowers would be correct. That's it.

Edit after response from Regionsflorist:
Thank you for confirming my point that customers do indeed only pay for amount and number of flowers that are on the photos, and apparently should not expect them to be arranged professionally (as in beautifully).
