Ordered some Double Strike Shock Absorbing Sole Sorbothane insoles and they arrived the next day. The product seems to be helping prevent foot injury as well.
It's interesting cause in one foot i feel it ok and it doesn't hurt and on the left foot, the one i really have an issue, it hurst so much to walk. I've tried for a week now and had to get it off. But I'll try again. I wear 37/38 and i bought the size accordingly to it, but maybe i should try i bigger one?

Hi Anna, its also crucial to let the heel rest aswell, try to go without the the softspot for a few days and then go back at it.
If the softspot doesnt help we would recommend to try the heel cup.
