I am very disappointed with both the treatment and the lack of clarity from this company. The customer service was rude, evasive, and showed no willingness to help. When I explained what I was unhappy with, I received a cold “is there anything else?” in response – which felt disrespectful and dismissive.
The communication from customer support was also condescending. They used caps lock, sarcastic cheerful emojis, and strange translation phrases like “Åh verkligen?”, which clearly came from a poor translation of the original English phrase "Oh really?". I even received an automated English response when I simply wrote hello in Swedish, which suggests they rely on translation tools rather than having Swedish-speaking staff. The English response was: "It seems there is no text provided for translation..."
The information about return shipping costs was not clearly stated before the purchase. According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), the company is obligated to inform consumers if they must pay for return shipping – before the purchase is completed. In this case, it was only mentioned on a separate returns page, which does not meet the legal requirements in Sweden. When I tried to return the item, I discovered that the return shipping was expensive, and no return label with adhesive was provided – making the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that it became clear the company had no interest whatsoever in resolving the issue. Instead of trying to understand or assist, they gave short and evasive replies that only worsened the situation. There was no willingness to engage in dialogue or take responsibility, which left me feeling completely abandoned as a customer.
Overall, the impression is unfortunately quite questionable. It’s hard to know who you’re actually communicating with, and several aspects of the purchasing experience feel poorly thought out – or perhaps even deliberately unclear. I did not feel safe as a customer, and it’s unfortunate that something as simple as a return process should feel so difficult. I will not shop here again and strongly recommend others to read the terms carefully before placing an order.
