The company was down right pathetic. After booking the delivery of my scooty it was agreed that they would come to pick it up at 7.30 pm. But not only did they say they would come the next day to pick up when I wouldn't be available in the city, they also told me if I had such a problem then cancel the contract you will get your refund. Even after canceling the contract with them within 24 hours, the token amount that I gave of Rs. 500, they did not refund it and they said the refund will not be possible because the intermediary person put in the timing after 24 hours of cancelation.

The delivery boy and co-ordinator used disrespectful language.
Co-ordinator always try to teach in place of explain .
Delivery boy behaviour is totally unacceptable.
He warn me if you not accept your goods then you have to come at our godown to take then you will understand about our service and company.

I need to inform the Police..we have paying 40.000rs this Rehousing Packers And Movers not Transporting our Stuff from Gurugram to Kochi in Kerala. My 2 yesrs Honda Dio Scooter was also with this People

Mr.Mohit is an ill-mannered person who doesn't know how to speak to customers. He overcharged me. He didn't adjust the booking amount paid in advance and when I asked for a refund he said "Don't message me, no refund". Spoke very rudely and has been non-responsive throughout. I had a very bad experience. Someone by the name of Mr. Rohan Gupta said he'll help me but he ghosted me. I'm fed up of chasing these people. They say they are Gati but actually they are some 3rd party not the real Gati. I have to do multiple followups, but in vain. AVOID!

Delivered car from hyderabad to delhi on time . Mr.Rohan was very helpful. Prices are little higher than some other players like nobroker but hassle free delivery

It went ok, rates etc should have been clarified before the booking. Instead of just per kg weight, a rough estimate should have been given. The volumetric weight based shipping was a surprise to me.

Trustworthy, nice packaging, though takes a lot of time to deliver, polite driver and other staffs. A bit on the costlier side as they use weight system not the distance, but yeah they do the job well. Timing can be improved

Right from the first approach Mr Prakash Sharma was cordial and helpful to keep our goods safe and secure. The loading and unloading were well managed and there was no hitch in shifting thr goods. Mr. Prakash Sharma was always in touch during loading and unloading. He was very polite in nature, and whatever we wanted, timing size of the truck etc., he was there to help in whatever way he could. He helped us beyond our expectations.

Mr. Praksah Sharma is very good fellow who deals with shifting coordination and all.

The staff is easy to reach and is helpful enough. Even though there was a mistake in the PIN code for a package that I was expecting, it was easy to get things sorted and have it sent to the correct address without much of an effort that other companies in similar services demand.

I had shipped my sons Himalayan bike with Rehousing packers and movers ..the delivery timeline and the packing was beyond my expectation wonderfully done.
