Proper packaging and shifting team
I contacted Gati Shifting services on 04.02.2025, Mr. Daya assured me that the person will be available at home on 05.02.2025 (7 am). I am amazed that as promised the person was there with all the packaging material to shift my household articles. I am happy with the service provided by Mr. Daya and team and will look forward for any shifting in future as well....

If there were a rating lower than 1 star, I would give it to Rehousing Packers and Movers. They are the epitome of unprofessionalism and customer negligence.
My items were not delivered even after 45 days, forcing me to personally go to their warehouse to pick them up. To add insult to injury, the items were damaged, showing a complete lack of care in handling.
Their staff is extremely rude and even resort to abusive language while dealing with customers. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable.
Save yourself the trouble—NEVER use their service for anything. They do not value your time, your belongings, or basic decency.
Avoid them at all costs!

Sir, the issue was caused due to your mistake. We had already shared the tracking ID with you, but you mentioned the wrong PIN code, which is at the Ghaziabad border. That’s why the delivery could not be completed. In the end, we ensured the delivery. I agree that it was delayed, but the reason was the incorrect address provided by you.

Weight and charge fraud
They packed and gave a bill for 73 kg, at the rate of Rs 95. But I was skeptical then itself. I knew the total weight will not exceed 40 by any means. they sent the pictures showing weight which I am sure is tampered with, as when the courier got delivered, it had the weight for all 3 boxes and together they weighed 33 kg only. Do not utilise their services unless you make them weigh at your own house and get the bill then and there. I hope they get to pay for this kind of fraud business. I have all proof /pictures of their weighing scale, courier bill showing actual weight and when we weighed after receiving the boxes. Do not trust Mr. Daya who talks nicely and gets you to pay twice more than what you should.

Ma’am, as you mentioned about the weight, the weight has been calculated as 73 kg for you. Ma’am, the first thing to note is that each box usually falls between 15 to 30 kg, and the bill is generated based on the dimensions and volumetric weight that are already applied.
Ma’am, a person already comes to your home, does the packing, brings it to the office, and we send you the weight along with the dimensions and volumetric details. You can also check it yourself.

I happen to book my furniture to be transported from Kochi to Mumbai
Booked on 6th committed to deliver by 12th but even today it is not delivered.
No one answers calls nor responds to messages.
PATHETIC service.
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION DEALS. THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS

The worst packing and movers ever. Initially while booking they talk very nicely. But later they wont pick ur calls and if they do they talk rudely. They said one week delivery and they do it after 1 months. They loot heavy money. They get the amount and give our package to different company which is cheaper and transport our items. The worst experience !!!

Excellent service by Rehousing Packers and Movers. I liked everything from the pickup process to the packings, then quick transport and quick delivery. There was a person who was managing this well and responding to the calls and messages. I came to know his name is Rohan. Thanks for the support Rohan.
The only things I didn't like about it was I booked order on some other site and the things or amount informed to me was little different. And the amount that was charged was a little more, which I was not aware. May be its due to vendor issue.
I would suggest to book directly from Rehousing Packers and Movers and clear all the things before booking.
Overall a good and pleasant experience.

I liked the packing and the safe delivery. The company should improve their services as promised when coustomer is giving any order. The has to improve the TAT for delivery. The cost for the packing is a bit high as per their quality.

excellent house move experience with GATI
GATI house shifting is excellent in all aspects from onine inquiry to actual move. I asked for a quote and Mr Prakash Sharma got back to me almost immediately with a quote. He was very reassuring at all times and explained the whole process clearly. The move itself was quite stress free, we had a group of packers who were very professional and efficient and quickly packed and loaded all our stuff into the truck in a couple of hours. Mr Prakash was in touch and available at all times before during and after the move to clarify any doubts we had. At the destination there was a confusion as the truck driver showed up one day early on a sunday which could have been a big problem. However Mr Prakash Sharma was very switched on and organised a team to come and unload our belongings even though it was sunday afternoon. Even our beds were assembled by evening. considering this was sunday and the truck was expected on monday, this was such a great effort by the Gati team and so well organised by Mr Prakash. My heartfelt gratitude to Mr Prakash Sharma and the entire GATI team. I will whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who is planning a house move. Excellent service in all aspects.

Booked bike from Dehradun to Lucknow. Bike delivered without helmet and rear view mirrors. They refused to give these items even at Dehradun now. ROWDY and ARROGENT dealing staff. The email given on website does not exist. Planning to initiate legal action against such people. Beware of such bad service providers.....
