Strict B2B policy with zero flexibility. Unused product cannot be returned, even at own cost. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Fast delivery, horrible website
The delivery itself was fast and smooth. Expected delivery was 3-4 days, got it after 3 days.
The website itself is very buggy, and I will not buy again till it's fixed! Clicking on links for more info about delivery, ... simply reloads the page, it doesn't update your cart if you remove articles. This even happens on the payment page! Clicking on order now simply reloads the page without any notification! Did it process my order or not? I tested it on different browsers and pc's, same result.
