Got one tyre not "fresh", produced almost 2 years ago
I ordered tyres on 20/03/2026. The front tyres seem to be easy available, both came within 1 week, both fresh, produced in 2026. The rear tyres are bigger (275/40 R18), seems not so easy to get, so it took few days longer. However one was produced in 2025 (still ok), but the other in 2024! I wouldn't be buying the best tyres in test, just to end up with a tyre that already lost a part of it performance and not the same production time as other one!
On good side: you get a tracking number, easy to follow, solid delivery time. Price would be considered also as good if you would get fresh tyres. This way - definitely not for me.

- When the DOT is **under 36 months**, it is **not displayed on the website**. This follows the most restrictive standard in Europe (German practice).
- A tyre that is properly stored can generally be kept **up to 10 years without loss of quality**, but we fully understand that you may still prefer a more recent and matching production period.
To check your specific case (DOTs received, availability constraints on the 275/40 R18, and what can be proposed), please **open a ticket via your secure customer account** and include your order number + photos of the DOT markings. Ordered a new set of motorcycle tires Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa, but front tyre was 1 year old and arrived from warehouse in Germany, while rear tire was 2 years old and arrived from warehouse in Spain.

A tyre that is 1–2 years from its DOT is generally considered “new” in the market, provided it has been stored correctly. On our site, the DOT is only specifically indicated when a tyre is older than 36 months (or if it is marked as DEMO). Also, shipments can originate from different EU warehouses (e.g., Germany/Spain) depending on stock availability, which can explain the different origins.
That said, we absolutely understand your concern. If you haven’t done so yet, please open a ticket via your secure customer area (or contact our customer service) and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the DOT codes on both tyres
- confirmation of the items received

I ordered 4 winter tires with 235/40 19 dimensions they send me 225/35 19 all season tires. Still trying to contact them for refund or at least to get me the tires i ordered still no response. Their help aupport is operated by Ai and you can't really get in touch with live person. After reading on google about them many unsatisfied customers with similar problems from Deutschland, Swiss, Austria
