Fair price,fast delivery 👏

The delivery was fast and on time, exactly as estimated by the system. I ordered on 3.10.2025 and received the call from their partner garage at 8.10.2025.
I received the correct tire dimension and production week 2 x 1925, 2 x 2125 (6 months old)

Absolutely misleading website and violation of goods return rights. Avoid them by any means! Update: whatever they say here about tickets, it’s just to make it look that they care.
Shipping back a set of rims costs a third of the total price of the rims, and they don’t want to compensate it. In fact, they are not even sure they will refund for the rims, and if that happens, you’ll have to pay again for the shipment, otherwise they will scrap the parts. Very customer friendly. My worse online shopping experience ever.

Lower price, fast delivery to the tyre shop . No hassle of waiting home to collect and carry it for the change. Overall good experience.

I bought 4 tires this year in March with the 1 year guarantee, I managed to tear a side wall on the rear tire , I contacted them about it , they asked for photos, and within 24 hrs I got notification that I got a credit note for the cost for 1 tire

Tire delivery was very late not as you promised during the purchase

I was pleased with the pricing and the breadth of models available on the storefront.
However, after delivery, the situation regarding the product’s condition became apparent and raised concerns about the company’s processes. One tire arrived with a fatal defect that was evident upon unpacking, rendering it unmountable from the rim. I promptly filed a claim with reifenleader.at. The process has been slow and requests for additional information have been issued repeatedly, with no clear resolution in sight.
Today marks the 12th day since delivery, and I received a final communication indicating that the claim cannot be pursued further because there is no proof that the tire in question was the one sold by them. This experience has been disappointing and has led me to consider escalating the matter through legal channels and relevant authorities.

The delivery was on time and the service was great.

I ordered a set of tires from reifenleader.at. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the DOT immediately after delivery and had them mounted by my workshop. About four weeks later, I decided to verify the DOT and was very disappointed to find out that the tires were already quite old (DOT 2021 and 2022).

When I contacted customer support, they were not helpful at all. I was told that since more than 14 days had passed and the tires had already been used, there was no way to make a complaint — no return, no partial refund.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected better customer service and transparency about the production date of the tires.

New tyres - DOT this year

I ordered 2 NEW tires on the 14.7.2025. Delivered on the 17th. So, I would say pretty fast. Now, the tires were Demo(!) even thoughi paid for new. Demo means with either none or very few kilometers (according to them). The tires however are in a worse state than my current ones with 4500km. When i mentioned that i paid for new and demo were delivered, they offered me either a small amount per tire, or to return them. Of course i said return them, but then I had to do so many actions to ensure the smooth pick up(from the comments i see that returning is risky and tires went missing). Tomorrow 29.7 is the appointment to for the company to pick them up but of course no call/appointment has been planned. Of course, if you miss the appointment you pay for it. Customer service replies with one email per day, so you need weeks just to agree on something. So, there is a high chance that they will send you whatever they want, and then, make it so difficult for you to return it, so you just give up. Never again. I thought they could control their suppliers, but this is not the case.

Update: The support stopped replying to my ticket since 5 working days. So, I just spent 2 weeks of my time chasing them, and of course lost my money.
