Reinforced Beds are a family run, online only retailer specialising in very strong beds and durable mattresses based in the UK. Our collection consists of heavy-duty frames constructed from the strongest materials. The range include wooden bed frames, metal bed frames, upholstered beds (including bedsteads, ottomans and divans) and bunk beds.
Our stock is suitable for both domestic and contract customers. We have supplied products to many different environments, such as large hotel chains, student accommodation refits and to the NHS direct to name a few.
Due to the build quality of our products, we have a wide selection suitable for people who are overweight and/or suffer from challenging behaviour. These products have been sourced and designed with the aim to be the solution for customers who require them most.
As well as an online retailer, we take great care in our products. As well as sourcing reliable and fantastic manufacturers to create our beds, we also manufacture select metal beds on site here in Norfolk! We also import some products directly to us, built to our own spec from overseas.

Great company
Great company. Excellent quality bed. Fab customer service. I had a hole that had not completely been drilled through during production (these things happen) but they told me how to pop it out and if it didn’t work then they would send a replacement part straight away but it worked. Can’t fault the company. Very sturdy strong triple sleeper.

Great Price for a nice and sturdy bed
Great Price for a nice and sturdy bed. Seems well made and was quick at assembling together however one small problem was the headframe was very bent at the bottom and had to be hammerd to get back into position in order to assemble it, not a huge problem but probably could do with more packaging to avoid this.

Truly dreadful experience
Truly dreadful experience. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would have given it. 3 failed attempts to deliver a simple bed. Each time, the courier kept saying they were not the right crew to do the assembly. Complete chaos, and to be fair to reinforced beds, their customer service was prompt but their delivery and assemble service is truly terrible and lets them down. They need to take ownership of the end to end process. I was able to get an alternative company to supply the bed, deliver and assemble and it was seamless. I’ll never be using reinforced beds again.

Only 2 boxes of 3 were delivered…
Only 2 boxes of 3 were delivered initially, 3rd box arrived after I complained. I don’t know if this was the fault of Reinforced Beds or the delivery company? The bed itself was quite finicky to put together especially attaching the feet to the headboard and footboard, if I hadn’t have had my own Allen keys I don’t think I would have managed it. The instructions themselves was one side of an A4 sheet and not very clear. The splicing of the wood is very obvious in most places. It concerns me that there is no mid support of the bed, I guess time will tell. The slats were very roughly finished and I managed to get a splinter at one point. I would not like to put one of these beds together again. The only reason I didn’t send this bed back was because of the hassle that would have caused when I was part way putting it together. Come back IKEA all is forgiven.

Bed great, packaging not
Over all we are happy with our new bunk bed. Unfortunately though the bed came in boxes that had a black tar on them and we didn't notice this until we went to move the boxes. It was too late our brand new carpet only fitted the day before had tar stuff over it. And after tons of cleaning and scrapping, I now have a marks on the carpet. And its not where the bed goes so its on show . So the joy of getting this bed was let down but this incident. 😑

Great mattress truly extra firm and good quality materials.
Easy to order.
Booking delivery on-line with your chosen transporter was complicated, too many questions and tedious use of Up-Selling unwanted "extras".
Final delivery was very good, on time and no problems.

The delivery / collection service was a…JOKE
The delivery / collection service was a complete joke. Two operatives tuned up (initial delivery) who were useless. moaned about having to take away the bed, didnt help take the old bed downstairs I had to do myself with my son. The bed then sat on my driveway for over 2 days before two decent lads returned to collect it.

Sandringham Bed
I wanted a simple but solid wooden bed in dark wood. After much trawling the internet I found Reinforced Beds and just what I was looking for. The Sandringham, although on the expensive side but well worth the cost and will last and not fall to pieces. I would certainly recommend Reinforced Beds.

High Quality Solid Bed and Mattress
Brick Mattress is hard as a rock - exactly what we wanted. Block Bed very solid too (it will last us a lifetime). Delivery experience was excellent. I would order again from Reinforced Beds, but at our age we probably won't have to.
