Beware of Reinstato. Paid $500 for reinstatement — no result and then blocked

We paid $500 USD to Reinstato for Amazon seller account reinstatement. They did not get our account reinstated and after we asked for updates/refund, they blocked us on all contact channels. We received no successful outcome and no proper resolution. I’m posting this so others can be careful.
