Customer service very helpful and…

Customer service very helpful and re-ordered the items that was to be delivered. Just the delivery company is ridiculous. Getting notices every day. They say they’re delivering then it doesn’t come really really need to change delivery.

Beautiful Blazer

The blazer I ordered was great, however the three button were discoloured. I contacted customer service for replacement button as the blazer was now out of stock, they offered about 10% discount instead. The advisor was very supportive.
The blazer itself is a great fit.

3 out of 4 items not delivered

3 out of 4 items not delivered. It was needed for a special occasion so very disappointing it didn't arrive on time. Not easy to get a refund and still charged for delivery of items. Won't use this service again.

Taken almost 3 weeks for me to receive…

Taken almost 3 weeks for me to receive a refund. First they lost the item when i chased after 2 weeks, advised me almost a week ago that they would send my refund and i am still waiting. Poor service, obviously think everyone can hang on and wont need reimbursements

Fabulous clothing for all occasions

Fabulous clothing for all occasions, good quality and stylish, also easy to mix and match to create a co ordinated wardrobe. Petite range is especially good for myself at 5’2”. Ordering online is super easy and with next day delivery, and returns are very easy and efficient too.
