For DCA, my favourite choice. Had only one Problem, with an Update, No Backup No pity, but you have the keys. Otherwise great product

Friendly, clear and trustworthy

Too Expensive and the App is not working on the Samaung S24 Ultra as the text field are not shown. Ok sometimes after going 6 to 10 times forward and back again it works. Support asks too much and just dont get it that the fuelds are not shown. Even after screenshots. Somtimes it would be good to have experienced SE on the other side of the chat. And if they would be able to speek (yes ancient phon call) they would save time and me anyway.

Getting started is very easy.
Swiss Start-Up is nice.

Whats definitely missing is an option to place automatic orders at certain values.
At least buy orders xD

Super cool solution, I an a fan since the very beginning. but since you changed your underlying system I never had a correct display of my current saldos available and transactions proceeded. All your advices to reload or reinstall ended in a different, but still not correct display. the bity wallet is in this context the most reliable method to stay on top of what is the actual situation.

I have been a verified user for over a year, but my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. I later discovered that this was due to using an email address from a free mailbox with a domain that violates compliance rules. While this may be against Relai’s compliance policy, I was not even offered the simple option to update my email address; my account was blocked without any warning. Modern life cannot function without adhering to compliance rules in our daily lives, but this decision seems questionable, unreasonable, and excessive.

The onboarding process was simple and well documented. The fees are communicated transparently.I think it's crucial that the service follows the 'not your keys, not your coins' philosophy and supports external wallets.
