The items are definitely not for taller people. Why I give them one star...they deduct $9.00 from the return to cover shipping costs. For a company that charges 178.00 for a shirt to charge me 9.00 for a return...no bueno! Stay away.

Couldn’t be more unhappy. I like the style. I own three vests and a jacket. I bought a second jacket. It’s a dog. It has a cheap zipper system that makes it unusable. Customer service shits.

Most of the time the product is good but quality control is sketchy. When you have a problem, don't expect Relwen to step to the plate to own the problem.

recently ordered two items including a shirt. stitching is already coming undone and ive found their quality has eroded from 5he last time I ordered from them 5 years ago.

I dont think this brand can be trusted especially given they are positioning themselves as a high end clothing company

Purchased a "Sweatshirt Trap Jacket" from Huckberry. Prior to wearing, I always wash chinese made products, so I followed the washing instructions: gentle wash, no tumble try. After ONE WASH this jacket pilled so much chunks were falling off and due to a lack of hot tumble it was stretched out of shape even after gentle wash. I alerted Relwen and they could not have cared less, and said go tell Huckberry, which I did, and they wouldnt return it since it was washed. Their only response was store credit so I could spend $300 on product I didnt want! This jacket is NOT work the money. I havent even worn it and it looks ratty and worn out. Probably good construction, but low quality materials points to a lack of production and sourcing skills and cutting corners where it COUNTS. Made in China. I opted for this one versus one I found in Italy and not im out $300. Look for other brands, and dont shop at Huckberry!!! Free shipping but not returns is not a deal.

I've been a longtime customer of Relwen, primarily buying their shirts, fleeces, and jackets. The clothing has generally been durable and well made.

However, I recently purchased a Winzip Jacket (size M), which fit more like an XL — sizing has become inconsistent and hard to trust. More frustratingly, I had an issue with a Bubble Knit Shirt: the buttons wouldn’t stay fastened, even though I had only worn it about eight times. After several emails with the company, they declined to accept a return or offer a resolution.

For a brand at this price point, I expected better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, I can’t continue supporting a company that doesn’t stand behind its products.
