Easy to set up

Easy to set up. Seems like a quality item. Easy to operate. Cover fits a little too tight. Some advise...this is only 145 gal of water, use chemicals sparingly. I wish bubbles were not just around the perimeter but dispersed throughout the entire bottom of tub. All in all, pleased with purchase. Great customer service.

easy set up

easy set up, nice design, heating process to reach temperature took only one day. I like the contained system with pump/heater and the inflation system is quick, which is also contained in the pump design.

Wonderful hot tub , sensitive heater

Purchased hot tub on black Friday. Set it up in January, heater stops working in March. I'm still trying to figure out if draining it and looking for a reset switch is realistic . I really enjoyed it for almost 3 months and hopefully all is not lost . Since everything else still works , I may just find and auxiliary heater. If you purchase 1 , I would suggest keeping a real close eye on the filters and listen for any changes in the sound of the heater/pump . It's a very comfortable hot tub nonetheless.

Y'all did a wonderful job my daughter thought it was a fraud but I told her it wasn't and it came to me so that changed her mind haven't had a chance to get in it yet got it set up filled and looking forward for enjoying during the summer

Dispute With Your Bank If It Is Defective

Buy from Costco instead even if it’s a bit more money. You will save yourself the headache and time wasted trying to get a replacement on parts that are defective. I asked for a replacement on something new and all they have done so far is given me the run around. Thumbs down on the customer service - you have none.

I am discouraged

I am discouraged , I have talked to a very nice person on the phone 4 times. The inside cover had a major leak . Was told we would get a new one , still waiting , also the hot tub has 2 small pin holes on the outside of tub . Did not notice till tub deflated and water all over. Called no help. Not a happy camper . The heater took 2 days to heat 🥵

We got ours set it up a then noticed a leak coming from the pump area. Still working on getting it replaced or our money back. It leaks from the full line down about an inch almost two daily. We set the water temp to 104 but good luck reaching that, ours barely got to 98. Save your money. Buy a real hot tube these blow up ones do not work as well as they say.

The company advised me to drain it and…

The company advised me to drain it and put soapy water to find the leak. I found the leak yet It has to be something else going wrong. I bought a drain system. I bought a sump pump. I bought all the chemicals. If anybody wants to deal with the leak, give me $100 and it's yours. I live in Daytona, Florida

Only had the hot tub for about 2 weeks…

Only had the hot tub for about 2 weeks but everything is working as it should. Take a little while to warm up but that might be because the outside temperatures are only around 40 and 50 where I am at right now. I assume it will keep the temperature longer once it warms up some.

So excited to try this out!

I live in San Diego and ordered this past holiday season. My expectation was not that this would be like a real spa. It’s a fun toy that I thought would do the job on certain occasions when we felt like putting it out for friends and family to enjoy.

I did appreciate that. It looks like what you see in the pictures. The instruction manual is very clear and easy to read. Unfortunately, ours had a slow leak right out of the box. We followed all of the instructions and did not overinflate.

As of now, we are still in the warranty process. The burden of proof is on the customer, and not easy to acquire. We bought this thing so we wouldn’t have to spend that much time dealing with it. We knew it wouldn’t work perfectly. It turns out it’s much more of a hassle than it’s worth.

Cheap junk with no service backup

Hot tub inop after 2 hours...can't get any service from customer service...said they were mailing me a control panel and instructions for me to try to replace it. Three days and no tracking # or part delivered. 430.00 for a plastic kids pool that has no heat or bubbles...much less filtration.....waste of time and money....even had to.pay electrician 100.00 to.test my outlet because they said it might not have enough power output for hottub.....very aggravating to not be able to communicate with a real customer rep who gets the job done.
