The view of an early adopter of rM.

I was an early adopter of rM from the KS days. When rM2 came out, I bought that plus the keyboard folio. I’m now buying the Move for more mobile versatility. I always have an rM with me for note-taking, file access, article reading and annotation. Over the years, the only people not satisfied with rM have been those who did not understand its unique function as digital paper. Nothing, nothing even comes near rM’s functionality - certainly not screen films to make glass tablet screens “feel like paper”, and certainly not the plethora of copycat products now being created. rM’s customer support has been simply outstanding every single time I’ve asked for help. There is absolutely no better product for this, admittedly slightly niche, use area.

They have zero concern for the consumers hard earned money

I purchase the Remarkable 2 in April of 2024. Just a few months later in September they released the new upgraded device the Paper Pro . It is my opinion that ReMarkable clearly knew they were releasing a new very much upgraded version of the tablet and I feel that the old version should have been reduced in price well in advance of the new release or ReMarkable could have announced the new upcoming release sooner because I personally like to stay on top of the newest tech products and I absolutely would not have bought such a high ticket item knowing that the new improved version was coming out just a few months later. I feel it was an intentional and strategic financial move on the part of ReMarkable that fully disregarded the consumers that support and promote their company. I did address this matter after the initial release of the Paper Pro and I was told that they would be addressing the concerns raised by consumers in future news letters that I should subcribe to. I addressed the matter again this past week , because I was considering purchasing the more portable Move, but I am now being told that they did not address the prior issue for those consumers that purchased the old model just before the new release and they have no intention on addressing the matter. Due to their total lack of concern for this matter, I think I now have to move on to a less expensive product / company that hopefully offers more consumer consideration in the dollars spent on their old and new products.

No order date yet website says 2-6 days!

I ordered a remarkable pro with shipping date before 19th September - i was told i could not cancel the order when it had gone over this time as it was being dispatched. I have contacted them over and over and apparently i could have cancelled it and they have no date for which it will be delivered!

As someone who spends a lot of time reading and runs their own businesses

As someone who spends a lot of time reading and annotating documents, the reMarkable 2 paper tablet has been a total lifesaver. It’s the perfect tool for reviewing papers, sketching out ideas, and taking long-form notes without any distractions. The screen's display is crisp and easy on the eyes, and the battery life is outstanding.

The book folio I have for it is a perfect fit, providing a premium feel while keeping the device safe. I can't imagine using the tablet without the Marker Plus pen; the built-in eraser is a fantastic feature that saves so much time and keeps me in my creative flow. The combination of the tablet, the case, and the pen is simply perfect. If you're looking for a device that provides a focused and high-quality writing and reading experience, I highly recommend the reMarkable 2 or their latest models as well. The ReMarkable Paper PRO sounds really tempting with the new addition of colors!

Happy with my Remarkable

Using my Remarkable for work mostly. I drop word-documents in my Remarkable as PDF-documents and than I can make notes on them. Afterwards I can save them in my administration. I don't have to print everything anymore. Since a few weeks I use connect, mostly for better storage. I had some problems buying it. When I send a mail to the helpdesk the problem was solved in no time. They were friendly and correct. Lots of big companies can learn from that!

The experience was very good overall

The experience was very good overall. The website itself is full of useful information, such as articles, a methods section, and clear product descriptions—it’s straightforward and effective. In addition, the technical support team is attentive and professional. I opened several chats with them to get information about my order, and at all times they provided the available details clearly and quickly, meeting the timelines they mentioned. All in all, I’m very pleased with them.

Remarkable has been remarkable, but…

I own and have used a Remarkable 2, the Paper Pro, and now a Paper Move, and I’ve watched this company grow. All have been unique, functional, creative, and important. But I’m very disappointed with the lack of Amazon Kindle. Please explain if it is a technical issue or a negotiation issue.

I had the Remarkable 2, now I have the Remarkable Paper Pro and Paper Pro Move.

Simply said: they all did and do as promised. I use them all daily, for work and private, and they fulfill all my needs.

Remarkably disappointing

I’ve always been a fan of note-taking and well-organised notebooks, so a few months ago I decided to invest in a reMarkable Pro tablet. My goal was to have all my notes in one place and use it as a distraction-free PDF reader during commuting.

The device is not cheap (I paid several hundred pounds including the recommended accessories), but I saw it as a one-off treat to mark a special moment in my life.

Unfortunately, after only ~15 weeks of careful use, the screen suddenly developed permanent line marks that make it impossible to read. There was no accident or mishandling, it just happened. Customer support told me there’s nothing they can do, other than offering a small credit towards buying a replacement. Of course, I don’t want to spend more money on a product that failed so quickly.

So not only was the money wasted, but also the time I invested in creating a workflow around the tablet.

I share this here to caution anyone considering buying one of these devices.

I absolutely love my remarkable 2, alas the pen failed on me after 8 months. I spoke to a phenomenal customer service agent called Lily who provided the best customer service I have ever had and sent me to new one no quibbles...Thank you Lily!

Customer Service is Lost, so is my device

I have ordered a remarkable device. The device has shipped within 1-2 days and now has gotten lost during transit. FedEx does not know where the package is, Remarkable is refusing to send a replacement device, is refusing to refund the money and their customer service is stating that I should keep waiting for 8 days for their investigation to conclude and for FedEx to respond to them. Really poor service…….

Selling stock they don’t have!

What happened to this company.
I recently ordered with them, it said the delivery would take 2 to 6 days business days. . 11 days later the item had not even shipped. Speaking to their customer service who take 5 to 10 minutes to reply to each message I was eventually told that my order is delayed indefinitely, they can’t give me an expected delivery date, so all I could do was keep waiting.

Why would you not reach out to customers and let them know that their order is delayed indefinitely?

Why do you still list on your website that delivery will take 2 to 6 days when you know fool well that you cannot fulfil those orders?

Just taking customers money for orders they know they cannot fulfil in the timeframe they are listing online. As a matter of fact they don’t even know when they will get their next stock and cannot give you an ETA.

Awful Customer Service

Placed an order for nearly £500.
Upon ordering, express delivery was listed as available. Was advised AFTER my order and a few days later that there is a 2 week+ lead time. Customer Service team then said that they do not accept cancellations!
Issue escalated and still not resolved. Pretty sure this is illegal. If i dont hear from anyone within 24 hours I will be contacting my debit card provider to cancel that way. Shocking.
