The service was absolutely shocking

The service was absolutely shocking - the house we chose to rent was literally falling apart and was against all sanitation rules! From fingernails to used sponges from the landlord, mould and food on the walls. The doors not aligned and definitely not wind and water tight! When this was brought up Roddy washed his hands of it and passed the buck to Sharon... who quite frankly did not care! Absolute disgrace of a company to even be franchised by REMAX... we will be taking this further because no other tenant or home owners should have to put up with this or have wool pulled over their eyes.
