Everything is fine except from two things:
1. Reserved positive transactions are shown as negative
2. One of the sellers called me and just hang up without saying goodbye after I told him that we (your clients) don’t want to be reminded several times every year that there is an insurance that we can add.

When companies make refunds to credit cards, they often use the original transaction in order to check if the card is still active before they make the refund, that is why it looks like a negative transaction before the refund get posted.
Regarding the telemarketing, you can change your preferences in Mina Sidor if you not wish to recieve insurance offers over the phone. Simply tick out the box that says that you approve of tlemarketing and they will not call you again.
