When you call a company you are almost always in a bad mood.
When you call a company as a private individual, you are almost always in a bad mood. The call is often because something has gone wrong. When you hang up, you are usually in an even worse mood. I have called Remember twice with completely different results. The people who answer the calls are knowledgeable, have a sense of humor and are service-oriented. You are happy when you meet these little gems who are out there somewhere waiting for you to call.
Your website is not as good as your phone service. I could not complain about two transactions.
