Ordered this for a Xmas gift ( to replace one which had arrived damaged from a different supplier) this one arrived very quickly , well packaged and undamaged. It had a surprise 10% discount so actually wasn’t much more than the one I had previously ordered and returned.
Will definitely look to this company again in the future. Cheaper isn’t always the best way - reliability is, and this was a good experience thank you.

The Item was perfect for the use it was required and totally as photographically represented and the written description. My only hesitation is because the need for the item ( an individual cafetière) was as a result of Covid19 compliance to try to ensure workers and their colleagues safety, they can no longer make use of items in the communal kitchen. As the pandemic originated in China, I hate to have contributed to the economy of that country and the cafetière was made in....yeah you’ve guessed it, China Grrrr.

Purchased a carbon steel wok , turned up earlier than expected. Well packaged and very reasonably priced . Excellent wok , very pleased, would recommend.

I ordered a Pyrex pan lid, which arrived promptly. but unfortunately, very broken! I advised remgent immediately by email and sent a couple of photos of the damaged item. I had a reply the same day offering either replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement and it arrived just as promptly. The price of the item was good, the delivery was very good, the customer service was excellent!!!
