I had an external hard that became corrupted. Seagate's solution was $300.00 plus shipping.

A search led me to remo and the drive was recovered in a few hours.

Highly recommend the software

I have used Remo Recover Windows a few times in the last 10 years when I had issues with memory cards. Remo Support has always been helpful.

Last week though, the old version I had did not do the trick. I emailed Support and they provided me a trial version of their newest version.

Thanks to the version 6.0, I was able to recover more than the photos I was looking for! It even brought back last year's photos that I had transferred out.

It is important to note that the software recovers all the data that is still intact with the drive after the data loss scenario:
- If the files are available as healthy, it would recover them as healthy files.
- If the files are available as corrupted, it would recover them in a corrupted state only.

Software took a little troubleshooting and effort to run correctly (and my virus software did block a couple things, not sure what that was about) but customer support was good and I eventually did recover the photos I wanted, files still worked and my computer isn’t detecting any new viruses.

The information about Remo Software is not clear in moment of buying, because people buy the solution to recover lost files and who is not from the area assume that if files are recover after its use will be in good state to use, not corrupted. I guess its useless recover files and can not repair them. And this its what happens. I buy this solution and when run, first takes to long because recover all files not lost and losted files effectively recover but corrupted. Even using other solution of Remo to repair files, they still corrupted, so to me it was only lost of money.

I asked from money back and for the first time in my life, in the processes of buying software it was rejected, because only give refund if software has bugs, otherwise can not refund customer. They try offer another solution but licenses (three) only can be applied once, if I want change license to another computer it is not possible.

The support team was very friendly and try to figure other solution, but to me it was not the best for my case, so I do not recommend this solution.

Remo Recover Windows saved my SD formatted by accident. Worked very well

I Got back my pictures from a corrupted sd card, it has worked for my two times. Other services could not find my files on the card, so i can recomend REMO software.

I installed a new program which to my opinion was safe. It appeared however not to work, so I deleted it again.

Than, when I went about my daily business at the P.C., I got chocked! I saw that all the data in the documents folder was no longer there. The folder was completely empty! Properties of the folder did not a size anymore. Of course I measured the entire disc. Properties of the disk showed that there still had to be data in the documents folder. I tried to copy some data to the folder but they disappeared blind in the folder.

Of course, I had the necessary backups, including a backup of the entire documents folder. So no man overboard. However, when I approached that backup USB drive, which I had usually connected, it turned out to be completely "empty". Disk management showed that the disk was RAW. Then my heart really skipped some beats!

After careful consideration, I purchased the program REMO Recover and let it work on the disk on which the relevant documents folder was located. In the end, as far as I could tell, I saved everything in that folder and was able to write it to another USB drive with the command "recover" from REMO. Of course with file and folder dates of the time of writing.

It worked, I was finally able to recovered all my lost files after trying for so many years using different methods. But this Remo Recover Windows was the deal. It was worth paying for this software and most of all I like the customer service follow-up. Great software and user friendly. Thanks I appreciate

I have been using the powerful Remo Recovery software as part of my computer services business in the UK for many years with great success for my customers.

However, following an office computer defect myself, I lost the original setup files for my Remo software and after downloading the latest version was unable to activate it with my current License information. I contacted Remo Support for assistance, and within an hour they supplied me with an updated License and I was up and running and quickly able to assist a customer to retrieve lost precious images and video files.

The Remo software has been a fantastic investment for my business and. I cannot fault the response from the support staff, and would recommend both to those requiring reliable recovery software.

Took three months to try to recover,the only solution offer was to give control of my computer.
Dont waste your time and money.

Totally useless software. Not able to recover any of the lost files. Remote help unable to give a real help. STAY AWAY.

First of all, the product works as advertised (Remo Repair Outlook (PST)). I lost my Outlook calendar, and the Outlook recovery didn't work. Secondly, the help desk is super. I've been in IT, including customer support for a very long time, and this team is out of sight on help, suggestions, and getting to your goal.

I just wanted to give the Remo software group a thumb's up for the time they spent with me solving my Outlook email issue. I have had this issue for quite some time and finally decided to do something about it. Their tech group was very patient with me as I stumbled through the different menus and files. Remo solved the problem, and I am very thankful for that.

I purchased a license following a loss of data on a hard drive.
Installing the software was complicated for me, especially since it is in English.
Worried at the start of the chat intervention, I am extremely suspicious of hacking or scams on the internet, I finally accepted the help to help me.
The support I received was able to resolve the issues encountered. A technician took over my PC and reinstalled the software.
So, I re-downloaded my lost files with relief.
