I used the Remo Recover Windows download software and it did recover the jpg photo files from the bad external hard drive. The recovered jpg files were recovered with a different extension and different name/number for each photo. It lumped 1,000 photo files into one folder and it took several days to recover files from a 2T hard drive. Rather expensive service as I can buy a recovery device from other places for just $60 and own it forever.

I recently lost all of my grandson's baseball and football pictures from an SD card. Needless to say I was devastated, and quickly began researching a way to recover the photos. I found a website for Remorecover, downloaded the program and began the recovery process. I'm not very good with computers and didn't understand the process, so I contacted Remorecover support. The support staff was very helpful, and answered my questions late at night and on the weekend. I was elated to be able to recover over 4000 photos. I would definitely recommend this program for recovering important files/photos.

They were very helpful in restoring a very important PST for our company. The PST was over 57 GB and nothing we tried could fix it. The Remo team went above and beyond to repair it.

i had a client with a very large corrupted PST file. I was unable to complete the repair in my office. I sent the file to Remo Support, they were able to do the repairs in a timely manner. They recovered all the e-mails and folders. My client was very happy with the results. I would definitely use their program and service again.

Remo is definitely going for the 100% satisfaction of the client. After purchasing Remo Recovery I found out that the Remo software could not completely recover my (lost but undamaged) data. The Remo support team verified using a remote connection if it was indeed impossible to salvage more data. When it was clear that was the case, a refund-procedure was quickly settled. Should I ever need recovery software again that uses a windows file system, I will certainly give Remo Recovery another try!

Thorough support was given before a full purchase of the software was made. Unheard of in today's world.
Once we had a solution, and the program worked as described, of course I purchased it. Probably would have even if it didn't give the results needed as a company willing to go above the norm should be rewarded. They worked to help before being compensated. Wow.

Had issues recovering deleted files from a SD card. Richard Hall spent over an hour on a Sunday doggedly figuring out the problem. Using Remo Recover Mac. Success, the software recovered a zillion old deletef files from the card, along with the metadata. I greatly appreciate his help on a weekend. Highly recommend.

I had a video clip that no other free software program could recover. I had an accident where a tire flew into my window and destroyed my carcam, up to the last video clip with the evidence.

I tried a dozen different free downloadable and trial products to see if they could even get a part of it. Not a single one of them did. But the Remo engineering team was able to recover it and quickly.

I accidentally formatted a sd card with a lot of pictures including all of our vacation pictures. The Remo software for Mac worked perfect for most of the images and when the videos weren’t retrieved, the great support at Remo fixed them for me. I give them the best recommendations.

This software really rescued me, when all the pictures from my sons graduation suddenly dissappeared from my cameras SD-card. I made a deep scan, which went on for some hours, but it was worth the wait, and all of the pictures were found.
