Excellent Experience with Remote’s Services

I have been working with Remote for more than three years, and my experience has been consistently positive. The portal and apps are extremely user‑friendly, making daily tasks smooth and efficient. Communication has always been excellent. I’ve had a few support cases during this time, and each one was handled quickly and professionally.

I received quick replies and my request…

I received quick replies and my request was completed in a day. This was a time sensitive matter and I submitted the request later than recommended but the person on the other side treated my request with the same urgency and I appreciate that

1. Got no response on one diffulty I encountered in the platform.
2. If you live in the countries pre listed in their platform, then it is perfect for you. In some other cases, like mine, the whole enrollment process was/is dreadful.

The app is great

The app is great! But the support for users is not very well organized. It takes you agea to explain your request and it takes them even longer to understand and act up on it. Once they get it, they solve it but any little request has taken me about 2 weeks to solve.

An absolutely terrible experience.

An absolutely terrible experience.

1. First, they sold something they don’t actually have. Of course, we only realized that once we onboarded.

2. The discounts they offer are time-limited.

3. They blocked our “entity,” demanding that we verify it with documents that don’t exist.

4. Customer Support is simply ignoring us.

!!!!Meanwhile, they’re trying to charge you for using the platform.
Not a single step went the way it should have.

Don’t trust the fake reviews here—avoid this service entirely.
