Wonderfull, received a remote for an old device that I did not even know there was a remote for.

The remote took some long time to be delivered, but i think it's quite normal while purchasing something from a far place. It works ok, buttons respond as they should do.

I ordered a remote for a 10 year old Panasonic VCR on 1 of August, but when I went to make payment through Paypal, there was a glitch with Paypal and the payment didn't go through. I sent an email to the company explaining the situation, but got no reply. I sent another email the next day for which I got a reply with a new invoice which was about $AU12 cheaper including postage. When I clicked on the "Pay Now" button, it sent me to the ORIGINAL invoice.
On 4 August I sent another email querying the previous email from them with the cheaper price. Since then I have had no further contact from them.

I need the remote to match to a borrowed VCR from a family member moving interstate who has about 12 VHS vacation travel tapes which she wants converted to DVD, to save taking the tapes when she moves.

At the moment I am only giving 1 star, which, if the service improves I will increase to 2, 3, 4, or 5 depending on the service.

I'm afraid I won't be adding any more stars to this review. Effective immediately I have cancelled the order. It is now a week since I placed the order, and still no satisfactory outcome.

I decided to keep searching on Google and found another source today, and I will have the item in 3 days. I can now complete the job which I required the remote for on time.

Well I posted a problem and got no reply. Remote has stopped working .

After-sales support beyond expectations: the remote didn't work as it should on arrival, but this was solved quickly and effectively by the customer support. Works fine now!

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect remote control for my Bose Wave Radio. Remote World sent me a link which allowed me to make the remote work with my Bose Wave Radio.

Would certainly order from them again.

Customer Service was fantastic. I purchased a replacement for a Denon RC-883 remote. Most functions worked out of the box, but some needed functions did not. I sent an email to remotes-world.com explaining my needs. Within 24 hours, they sent me an email with a patch to upload into the remote that provided the functions that I needed. It all worked perfectly.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The remotes world website and this product are highly recommended. Thank you!

I ordered the first remote from them and it worked for about 2 hours I ordered a second remote it didn't work at all I've been trying for over a week just to contact somebody to send it back or see if I'm programming it wrong nobody will even contact me back. So I'm giving them one star and I would give them less just for the simple fact I have reached out every way possible that they have and still nothing

Strange or rather exciting a company :) You place an order for a chosen R/C, you pay in UAH, receive e-mail about payment, but nothing about your order. You ask them in Messenger chat, you receive answer 4-5 days later including tracking number. A bit more than a week after local courier brings your remote! Happines! Did not try, but I hope it works well!

The remote I had bought was not the correct one , but the team send me a code to reprogramme the remote and make it use able. Quick response time

They were able to help me fix the remote that didn’t fully work with my receiver by giving me a different code to program it with. However, I didn’t give 5 stars because they were slow in responding and it took a couple of weeks to resolve the issue.

The remote works perfectly! Feels like good quality and customer service was always very helpful along the way.

I ordered a remote in November of 2022. When it arrived, it did not work. After several tickets and emails to them, they have not responded. It's been well over a month without any communication from them. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!

Update: They finally replied at the end of January, and tried getting me to reprogram the remote (unsuccessful). They sent me a refund, which was less than what I paid. Their customer service is very slow!
