The background remover works great, it's efficient and saves a lot of time. I wouldn't be able to tell that it was photoshopped if I hadn't known what it was doing. I've been looking for something like this for a while, and it works great.

This website is really efficient at the moment of remove any background. It saved a lot of time editing any image.

The software was amazing! I used to cut out objects and people manually before but this one saved me so much time, allowing me more creative time to to other things.
Their customer service was also very good, I didn't know I subscribed a monthly rolling plan and asked them to cancel it and they did.

Borderline scammers. Purchased their "40 credits / month" plan to try it out. In the FAQ section on theit prices/plans page, it states that "preview" (low resolution) images are free on remove.bg but cost money via API. Says nothing about their own native app, which I downloaded in order to bulk upload a bunch of images I wanted to preview (as the remove.bg site doesn't allow for bulk). Halfway through the job, the app tells me i have used all my 40 credits, even though I ticked off the "preview" option. Turns out their own app runs on API, thus making even review images cost money. I stated that i don't think it's fair clients should guess themselves wether the app is running on the free (preview) service as the website offers, or the paid API that you normally would use as a developer. They gave a flyin' F for that. It's not even about the money - 9$ is peanuts in the end. It's just the principle of misinforming people, and afterwards run from responsibility. On behalf of a couple of bucks, they chose to be unfair/stay silent, lose a potential future client and get bad reviews on Trustpilot. Talking about poor business choices. My god. Thank you for nothing.

remove.bg really helps saving time and nervs in my every-day-work as a graphic designer. Removing backgrounds from high res photos is a time consuming and boring work (if done completely by hand) but essential for the creative montages I have to deal with on a dayly basis. When I started using remove.bg it was somehow flawed but still helpful. Meanwhile the ai behind the system has developed impressively that even complicated structures as chairs and all kinds of stuff work pretty well. Anyway, there's still space for further improvement. One should always take a good look at the results and revise them where necessary.

It is a top 1 team, the program does its job very well, I highly recommend everyone to use this program to instantly remove unwanted backgrounds and add according to everyone's preferences.

Just pretty disappointing. Bought the cheapest package, thought this is decent, then bought another one on top, then within like 3 images of buying the extra one, I realised it honestly just wasn't really doing it for me, and I placed a refund. All within the span of the same night. However, I couldn't receive a refund because I had bought two packages, not one. Would it have been better if I had bought the most expensive package and then asked for a refund? I get that rules like that are understandably there to protect companies, but I think a little nuance now and then would be nice

Remove.bg is a high quality service for background removal.

Complete joke, they advertise to work with connector software to easily remove backgrounds of images in seconds however ruined all my photos. After ruining all my websites photos they then told me what I wanted to do wasn’t possible.
But continued to charge me and I was initially told I’d need a big plan due to the amount of images I wanted to remove backgrounds from.
Proceeded to take money for several months and upon requesting cancellation told me I’d lose all credits, even though they advertise them as cumulative and I had paid for them!! Was charged hundreds of dollars for something I didn’t and couldnt even use. Whilst the concept is great the companies approach to resolving issues is dismal and the way they advertise to do all of these things, they in fact don’t is misleading. But most of all, taking peoples money for absolutely no service is unacceptable.

The money back guarantee is misleading and they do not return your money even though you are not satisfy with the outcome. Be careful if you use the desktop app. They can't post edit like web version and if you just want the preview version, be sure to check it properly. I decided to try on web before subscribing for a plan. I subscribed a plan and thinking to bulk processed to remove all images background. 40% of images are not cleaned properly, end up i meed to photoshop each of them one by one. I ask for refund of credit as they charge full priced credit when i only need their 'preview' images as my original images are pretty small. It charged me full priced credit instead of 1/4 of price. I even ask them to keep the 1/4 credit and refund the credits so i can use on my mext project. But they refused. They do not even try to listen and keep their clients. Just kept asking me if i want to cancel my subacription. Totally wasting my money and deeply disappointed.

I'm disappointed, I paid during 2 months and they said the credits were cumulatives If I didn't spend then in a month. Suddenly they cancelled my subscription because I didn't pay for 1 month and I lost the credits. I won't use this tool again it's a shame.

A terrible page, they only know how to get money, with an extremely expensive rate I have spent more than 500 euros on this page and when I have needed help they have only answered me with automatic responses, they are usurers

They TOTALLY LACK ACCOUNTABILITY! Been a subscriber HERE for very long time! This month I have wallet and cards stolen requiring replacement at the same time I guess they tried to process my monthly fee. Rather than send an email notifying me there was an issue, they wiped out all my credits and refuse to fix the very problem they created! THIS is what is called Customer Service? They cannot fix an issue they CREATED? They just simply don't give a crap about THEIR CUSTOMERS, PERIOD AND THE CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

10/20/2022 - I stand by my complaint. The ONLY email received was sorry to see you go message which they dial to see as inappropriate manner in which to treat long time customers!
