I bought an engagement ring from Renaissance Jewel in May 2026 and had a great experience. I had questions on the online ordering process and turn around and Ron helped me from beginning to end. He was very helpful and transparent about how long it would take to get it to me. He quoted me a minimum of 4 weeks of delivery but they had the ring shipped two weeks later. The ring arrived with the IGI report included and the appraisal report was emailed to me. If I was to suggest any feedback for improvement, it would be about including paperwork for the lifetime warranty I bought. I didn’t see anything about it after I purchased it online, and no information was sent with the ring. I will follow up with them to see if they can send something on it so we have that as a back up when it needs to be utilized. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

Just remember that it takes 2-3 weeks to produce the ring, then another week to get the ring via shipping. But it was WELL WORTH the wait for these lab grown diamonds😮‍💨

Ring is perfect

I'm so glad I found Renaissance Jewel NYC. As someone who cares about ethical sourcing, knowing their diamonds are lab grown made the decision easy. But what really won me over was the experience from start to finish.

I purchased a diamond ring as a gift for my mother, who lives in Asia — which uses a different ring sizing system. I was nervous it wouldn't fit, but the team was incredibly helpful throughout, reassuring me that if it didn't, they offer a complimentary resizing service within 90 days of purchase. That kind of support made all the difference.

The ring ended up fitting her perfectly. She was deeply touched and hasn't taken it off since. The quality is excellent, and I genuinely can't thank the team enough — everyone who helped me through the process went above and beyond. I'll absolutely be back.

As a precaution, I took it to my local jeweler to have it inspected, and they only needed to tighten a few stones. I recommend doing this with any fine jewelry purchase, regardless of where you buy it—it's always a good idea for peace of mind.

I’m absolutely in love with this ring! 💛✨ The yellow center stone is so beautiful and sparkles amazingly in different lighting. The design is delicate and elegant, and it looks even prettier in person than I expected. I’ve already received so many compliments on it! It feels very special and looks gorgeous on the hand.
