Cheap, delivered fast, easy to deal with, good quality products.

Terrible appliances. Bought a washing machine and it didn't even work, they replaced it but 3 months later that one died.

Waste of time and money.

I have used Rentacentre to rent a small fridge on 2 occasions. Firstly whilst waitng for my my new fridge to be delivered and secondly when I was having minor renovations and did not have access to the kitchen.
Rentacentre was more than competitive and extremely well priced. I chose to collect the fridges myself and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I can highly recommend Rentacentre for any styling needs or when extra house hold items are required on a short term basis.

At first I thought there was too much security around booking and payment but I can understand where Renta Centre is coming from. We hired a bed for a month and they delivered on time and came and picked up at the allotted time as well. Service on the phone was also excellent.

Because Renta Centre delivered the Fridge right on time.

Easy to deal with and very accessible; always replied promptly and nothing ever seemed to be a problem. Highly recommended.

Expensive way to rent cheap (Fantastic Furniture) furniture. Saves buying temporary stuff and throwing way though. Service / delivery and pick up are very good

I contacted them via email from an overseas country regarding renting furniture and equipment, and to time it with my arrival into Sydney. Their reply was always prompt and courteous. Delivery was on time, their team was also fast and efficient - both for delivery and pickup as well. Would recommend.

I have rented a wide variety of items from RentaCentre (beds, sofa, fridge, washing machine, clothes dryer). All the products were clean and in a very good condition. Communication with the company was efficient and the staff was polite and helpful. Prompt delivery. Highly recommended.

Telephone contact to delivery and pick-up of goods, to return of goods was top notch. Even did not charge on second replacement of vacuum which was the same problem as first machine.

I found Renta Centre very helpfully they delivered the items on time and pick up too.
I would recommend Renta Centre to anyone

great reliable furniture and appliance and great service

Have tried their service twice and both times its been great. The appliances were in good condition and worked well throughout the contract.

The return was also a simple process for me and I got my deposit back in full. Had a couple of issues with payments, but they were nice enough to apologize and refund the extra fees, as they failed (twice!) to update my CC number.

Overall it was pretty good for to rent a Fridge + Washer + Bed from here for 6 months

Good service overall - would have been good if I did not have to take the mattress cover as it is wasteful - as it is not going to get used in the future.
