renthero.co.uk I subscribed for 7 days and paid 5 pounds. They did not ask me if I wanted to carry on the subscription and pay 35 pounds!!!!!!!! I did not subscribe for £35, but they took it from my bank account. I request a refund. Waiting for their response.
Also, the information they provided is inaccurate, and the property you showed me during my 7-day subscription is not available by following your links. So they scam people not only by taking £35 but also by failing to provide the information that, according to my 7-day £5 subscription, they should.
Please return my £35 to my bank account, and I will leave feedback on Trustpilot confirming that you are NOT scammers. Otherwise, your actions just prove that you are scamming me.
To avoid a situation where people get scammed by you:
1. Email confirmation should be required before allowing account creation and charging for a trial, as is standard practice across similar services.
2. The advertising banner should clearly state what happens when the trial finishes.
3. At the end of a trial, users should be downgraded to a free plan by default, with a clear option to upgrade, rather than being automatically charged.

I tried to cancel the subscription but it had "something went wrong..." message and the subscription stayed live. I emailed them but they said I will receive a response in 72 hours. Nothing happened. I tried to remove my bank details that didn't work either. AVOID this website, its a SCAM. They kept my card details despite having removed it myself. This is illegal. I have contacted my bank to block them.
See below the standard response for all complaints. They look for more information like your phone number and email address. I am not prepared to give these details.

Avoid at all costs. Was charged £5 to contact landlord. Then less than 2 weeks later they have taken£35 out of my account. I can’t get any info regarding this on email from them when I signed up.

This company is dodgy,STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED. I signed up for a £1 week trial but cancelled after 2 days but thwy still tried to take £35 from my bank, I had to cancel my card and dispute the pending payment but could have done without the hassle.

WARNING SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE
Renthero has falsely and illegally advertised my property on its website for rent without my knowledge or consent.
Renthero has also taken photographs of the outside of my property without my knowledge or consent and sent to random people.
Renthero has also contacted and encouraged unsuspecting potential buyers to turn up at my property for non existent viewing appointments
My property is not and has never been up for sale or rent!
Renthero customer service is nonexistent
I have called RentHero to understand why this has happened and for them to rectify immediately.
The contact telephone number advertised on their website does not work
The contact email address advertised on their website bounces back emails and emails are not responded to

I want to cancel the subscription which was meant to be free trail and all the properties you get if you want to contact the landlord you have to pay and now they been trying to get £35 from my account but my bank won't let you and I want this to stop as I'm not interested anymore.

A very fraudulent company.
A very fraudulent company. They charged me £8 to contact landlords only for me to see that the advertised property was from four years ago. After one week, they tried to debit me about £30 for a monthly subscription. Luckily I had no funds in the account. A very terrible company. Do not even click a link to their website unless you just want to fund their scams

WARNING - this is a SCAM COMPANY
It misrepresented that I could contact private landlords directly, but I had to subscribe and pay £4, which I did. When I then clicked on listings to contact, it turned out they were old listing and I was directed to agents, NOT landlords, and the properties were already off the market. When you email info@ it bounces to their FAQ. When you click on FAQ, the link is broken. When you call the number listed on site it is dead.
