This website is full of scammers & the…
This website is full of scammers & the actual company clearly doesn’t care which is a bigger red flag. I made a tenant profile and had “landlords” emailing me trying to get me to pay money before even viewing a property. This has happened on more than one occasion, fake certificates, fake contracts & they all use this “urgency” to get you to rent due to “being let down so many times” these scammers forget you can look to see information on properties. They have seen i am in a housing situation & chose to take full advantage & i feel the rest of the site is the same. Its a sketchy site. Wouldn't trust it & most of these reviews seem fake too. Stick to the known rental websites or source a registered landlord. Luckily i didnt pay any money to these scammers and once they were aware i knew my rights when renting the replies were not fast, they were non exsistent.
Look up your rights and what to look out for before renting because these scammers go through lengths to try get money from you.
