Today at 13:00

Today at 13:00, we had a reservation under the reference TW7407. The vehicle was rented for 2 days from the company Everyday via Rentycar. However, despite the fact that this was not mentioned anywhere in the contract, they refused to deliver the vehicle due to a small crack on the driver’s licence. They also refused to issue a refund.

As a result, we were late for our meeting and had to incur several unnecessary travel expenses. We will be filing a formal complaint regarding this matter.

Terrible Service, Dirty Car, Unacceptable Customer Service and Unfair Charges

I rented a car in my wife's name. The vehicle I received was not the one I reserved — instead, I was given an older, lower-class car that was clearly not well-maintained. The car was dirty both inside and out, which was unacceptable.

Customer service was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the issue. When I returned the car, they even charged me an extra cleaning fee, which was completely unfair given the condition the car was in when I picked it up.

I will never use this company again. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer support made this a terrible experience.

A fraudulent company

Uncomfortable car, hidden charges,bad customer service!!



I had a very disappointing experience with this rental. The car was uncomfortable, unstable on the road, and struggled on hills. The suspension was terrible. I also paid extra for full insurance, expecting everything to be covered, but was still charged for the car being dusty — something beyond my control. I rent cars regularly from different companies and cities, and I’ve never had such a bad experience.

I want to lodge a formal complaint and demand the return of the charges. I went to pick up the car on 16July 2025 and was told that I had rntered Turkey 11 days ago on 5th July 2025. I had correct the lady because she made the mistake of misreading 15th July with 5th July.`Then she said that the reservation had been cancelled, and i need to telephone Renticar which number was not connecting. In the end, i hired another car from her for £85 plus £100 deposit. It was a nightmare. I very unhappy!!

Flawless service from booking to return!

From start to finish, Renticar delivered a seamless experience. The booking process was quick and easy, and the car was ready as soon as I arrived—clean, in perfect condition, and exactly the model I had selected (which is rare in this industry!).

What truly stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were helpful, responsive, and made everything crystal clear. Both pickup and drop-off were punctual and effortless.

It’s refreshing to find a rental company that actually delivers what it promises. I’ll definitely be using Renticar again and recommending it to friends and family.

Since I live abroad

Since I live abroad, booking and paying online isn't easy. I wanted to try it because it was expensive when I picked it up from the office. Their WhatsApp app is great, and they respond very quickly. Scammers

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Renticar. After successfully booking a car and receiving confirmation, I was contacted by Manolya via WhatsApp, who assisted me with some queries. However, without my request or consent, my booking was suddenly cancelled due to an alleged issue with renewing a link, which I was not aware of. When I tried to rebook with Manolya's assistance, the price was unexpectedly doubled. This lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of my booking has left a sour taste. I would not recommend Renticar to others due to this experience.

Good dialogue but very long processing time

I booked a hire car with RentiCar for the first time and had to cancel the booking. The dialogue with RentiCar was very good, but it took about five weeks before I finally received the promised refund. I am correcting my first rating, but due to the length of the process it is only enough for 4 stars.

Rented a car through RentiCar while in Turkey. Didn't get deposit back for two weeks after which I paid directly to europcar. RentiCar chased up after them and sorted it out which is great. The price of car rental through RentiCar website is also very good and it's simple and easy to use.
