Terrible experience
The process to pick up the car was extremely slow. The car was in terrible condition, with several damages (broken rearview mirror cover, bumper, etc.). They didn't give me the option of another car due to lack of availability. After driving about 100km the vehicle's engine started to misfire a lot, I honestly thought I wouldn't arrive it to the rental agency. Terrible experience.

I would like to describe a case where I wanted to change my car reservation due to a sudden change in my travel schedule. The reservation was on a prepaid basis. So after communicating with RentingCarz via email several times, I was able to receive a new reservation. RentingCarz's quick and kind response was very good. My renting didn’t go through
My renting didn’t go through. Called them & stated booking was cancelled & I will receive money back within 5 to 7 days. That was on July 2, as of today July 26 no reimbursement yet nor a call from any company representative. Please be careful with this, make sure that what all they say it’s true, don’t get same experience I had at counter of the car rental company.
