guys, please let us all go to the police station and open case of fraud, anyone interested in taking this matter further as a group?

I ordered on the 08/01/26. I'm still waiting and what is frustrating me is that i send them emails, WhatsApp but there's no reply, nothing. I've been patient for way too long, I'm really not happy with their service.

Be aware! I made an early payment from my CREDIT CARD last month - not the assigned savings account to be debited each month - and THEY SAVED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and used it to debit this month's subscription. I've laid a complaint at the information regulator. If this has happened to you, please do the same.

Terrible company to deal with, they make you pay a deposit before checking your status, once you have paid, you send all your information. The problem comes in, they sen you a message and when you need to upload a document they take 3 days to get back to you, asked them to reopen the portal to upload documents again, after nearly a month they deny the application. No phone number to call only a chat bot that hardly ever responds! DO NOT DELA WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have been waiting for my Cancellation refund since December 2025. It's February already they send screen shots of a refund that was done on the 13th January till date nothing has come into my account. They don't ask for the refund banking details. People should refrain from using Rentoza they are fraudsters.

Rentoza is a FULL-BLOWN SCAM and should be TAKEN DOWN IMMEDIATELY. This company lies, delays, deflects, and hides. They promise “proof of payment” and then deliver ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not once. Not ever.
I have been sent from WhatsApp to Facebook to email like a fool while they PLAY GAMES and waste my time. Every message is another excuse. Another lie. Another attempt to shut you up instead of fixing the problem. This is TEXTBOOK SCAM BEHAVIOUR.
NO legitimate company operates like this. NO honest business withholds basic documentation. NO real service provider treats customers with this level of disrespect.
If you are reading this and thinking of signing up — DON’T. You will regret it. Your money, your time, and your peace of mind are not safe with Rentoza.
This matter WILL be reported to the Ombudsman, Consumer Protection, and SAPS. People need to be warned.

Where are they offices located, tired of waitng for my refund I want collect it personally.

I am still waiting since December 2025 for my PS5 to be delivered. I was successful with my application and they told me that I will be sent a waybill but that never happen. They also told me that I will only get my item in February. Don't know what is the reason for this delay. When I went on their app, it showed me that there are no stock availability for this item but at the time I did my application, it did not show anything of no stock. This is poor poor service delivery and communication! YOU ALSO NEVER GET HOLD OF THEM WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THEM! Rentoza, my cell no is 0742967905. phone me please!!

Tried purchasing a ps4, was asked to make a deposit first, after they took my money I got a declined email on the 29th Nov 2025 advising the refund will take 6 to 12 working days, emailed them after the 6 to 12 working days and no response to date, reached out to there support, payments, verifications team etc and Zero response back not even a explanation, not the first appalling experience I'm having, guess they just take people's money. Day light Robbery for such a big company that is still allowed to operate.

I paid my deposit for a washing machine in September 2025 til this day I have not received it they can't even give me an estimated delivery date they are quite, I'm the one emailing asking for my order. I'm really disappointed with their services.

Rentoza cancelled my order, and I am still waiting for my refund more than seven weeks later. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my money.
Every time I contact their support team, I am told the same thing: “It’s in process” or “we are checking up”. Nothing ever happens. The responses are repetitive, vague, and lead nowhere. It has become a continuous and frustrating cycle with no resolution.
Based on my experience, Rentoza has shown no intention of refunding me promptly or providing the service they sold. After researching further, it is clear that many other customers report the same pattern: cancelled orders, delayed or missing refunds, and endless excuses.
This entire experience has been a farce and feels deliberately misleading. I would strongly caution others to think very carefully before doing business with this company.
I am still waiting for my refund.

I am being threatened about not making payment in December however they can confirm that they received the payment however the proof of payment that I am sending them is apparently not enough, how can you say that you received the payment but still want proof of payment, so because you are threatening to affect my credit score despite me paying and received threats every single day, I will be taking Rentoza to court where I will be suing.

I am done being nice with this company after being loyal for close to 3 years.

This is a company that gives scamsters a run for their money. I think the only difference between rentoza and fraudsters is 3 out of 12 people can say they have received the product they signed up for on the monthly subscription they selected . Then for the rest ( myself included) it's ghost town after making payment and submitting all the documents they need and then after you cancel because no one is answering ,Shittoza is delaying your refund. You didn't supply the consumer with the product,so just give the money back in 2-3 days, not 14 ,not a month or two , just 3 days,unless we receive our money back with interest ,then take your time to process refunds and don't answer calls,emails ,chats ,social media ,all the forms of communication you so proudly advertise (Skelms)

HI! I really need help with getting my money back from these people. They scammed me R850 on their website with a phone that does not exist. I placed an order in September 2025. Right now I'm trying get my refund and it's a lot lies. Even their field agents are very good with brushing on off. One agent spoke to me as if he will look into my refund situation and escalate the matter, he asked to send all the communication i got from the company over whatsapp, and now, he's gone dark. he's phone just rings. I need Trustpilot or anyone to please assist if possible in anyway i can use to get these people to give me my money. I have been emailing them, whatsapp, and calling every week, they will take a week to reply back to your emails, or even ignore them until you send them 10 emails in maybe 5 minutes. The respond as if they are working on the issue. Can someone please assist?
I advise everyone to stay away from Rentoza. Their website is till up for people who doesn't know. I ask myself why does it check out? They have agents in Southgate Mall but their service is just pathetic.

I am Really disappointed on how this company does refunds. Been 4 weeks now.

Please don't ever purchase from this company no matter how desperate you are. I have purchased from them, the subscription ended in August , but they still billing me for outstanding subscription . The buyout fee is another scam. If you make payment using anyone else's account , they track the last card details used and debit without consent . They refuse to give their banking details to process payment for outstanding account. They lack common sense and understanding when communicating. Very unprofessional . They don't have contact numbers . After paying almost 15000 for a washing machine they still requesting for a buyout fee.

Do not buy anything from this company I paid for a subscription which they then cancelled and it's now 3 weeks and still no refund,or feedback,there are no contact numbers to call only WhatsApp and email stay far away from this company

Very less professionalism to non or whatsoever. No response to emails.
Still awaiting my refund. Maybe it’s time for the ombudsman to notified about this bad behaviour from this company.

Bought a washing Machine in July and now its December haven't received it. My phone was stolen, and I reported the incident and have Case number, but I am not assisted, their WhatsApp number they reply after 3 days and then when they reply " Hi there" only then again, they will respond the next day or 2.
I've sent email, WhatsApp and nothing.
