Hello, we went to Albania from April 18th to 24th, 2026. Unable to rent a car online due to not having a credit card, we waited until we landed to decide. After speaking with several rental companies at the airport, we found what we were looking for with this agency. For the 6 days, we rented a Hyundai i10 with an automatic transmission, which cost us ONLY €120!! With a €400 deposit taken immediately, insurance included, and NO CREDIT CARD required, only a Visa debit card. The rental process took 15 minutes! Everything went perfectly and without the slightest problem, and our deposit was returned 4 days after our return, as promised! They did a vehicle inspection on the first day and again upon return. I had also taken the precaution of making a video before and after, but everything was perfect! They were kind, affordable, and honest! Go for it! They're among the dozens of rental companies on the right-hand sidewalk as you exit the airport. Thank you!

This was the worst car company I have ever used. From the start, the guys renting out the cars were extremely impolite and told me that every single scratch on the car would be 200 euro extra in fine. Therefore, I wanted to film the car before taking it, just to be sure that the damages before was there before I took the car. The guy renting out the car then got mad and several times told me to leave the car for filming the car. This was even after I paid the fee for renting the car.

The car was completely empty in fuel when I took it. In the agreements it says it should be full tank when you take it and that you should leave it with full tank. This car had the fuel lamp on when I took it and the trip began with stress to find the nearest bensin station. I missed the first station and then had to drive several kilometers with the fuel lamp on. This caused very much stress and my journey began at worst possible way. I returned the car with more than double the fuel it had when they left me.

They only gave me one key. The passengers side of the inside of cars mirror was completely crushed (the make up mirror). The car had several scratches, damages on the carros.

I drove the car for 2-3 days and when I had 15 minutes left to the Tirana Airport to leave the car I received a tire symbol lamp for bad pressure. I went outside to see what happened and saw the rim was bent. I drove like that the last 15 minutes to the airport and left the car.

I came around 08.00 in the morning to turn back the key and to speak to them regarding the rim that was bent and to see if we could solve this. There was no one there at 08.00 in the morning (when it says the opening times are), therefore I put the key in the box that is outside their office and sent a picture.

Thereafter I received several calls from numbers and threats regarding that I have to pay. I told them that I wanted to pay and that we should solve something. It ended with that I paid 200 euro extra for this damage through Western Union after receiving messages and calls where I got threatened on the phone from the manger.

I strongly advise people to NOT book this company. This is by far the worst car company I have used. They are impolite, rude, threatens the customers and gives extremely bad service. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!
