I had a really good one with this company, but appearances can be deceiving. I rented several cars in a week. After my rental period, I arranged for a customer to take my car for 15 days without any earnings or discount. After two weeks, I received a message about a fine, which seemed very vague. When I investigated, I had to pay a fine, but the owner of this company felt it necessary to pocket an extra 80/100 AED as a "financial fee." He sent me a link in euros, and I also paid his extra fee. This company is truly terrible because of the way it treats its customers. You can't be such a slob that you take such a small amount from someone when they've done so much for you without wanting to. Shame on you! Misleading No deposit claim on website
I am submitting this feedback regarding misleading information on renty.ae.
The website advertises certain vehicles as available with no deposit. Based on this, I contacted the company via WhatsApp to proceed with a booking. I was informed that paying a deposit is mandatory. When I questioned this, I was told the no-deposit policy applies only to locals. I then stated that I hold a valid Emirates ID, but was still told that a deposit is mandatory in my case.
These conditions are not mentioned on the website. The terms were changed during private communication, which is confusing and misleading for customers. I request that such conditions be clearly disclosed on the website to ensure transparency

I had a very concerning experience with this company and feel obligated to warn others.
After providing all my personal documents (passport and valid Australian driving licence), I was told that because of my passport nationality, I was legally required to pay an additional AED 400 for an “international driving licence” that they claimed they could issue for me.
This is factually incorrect and misleading.
There is NO UAE law that requires an extra licence based on passport nationality, and International Driving Permits cannot legally be issued in the UAE — they must be issued in the same country as the driving licence. Any claim otherwise is false.
When I challenged this and stated I was happy to proceed without the extra charge, the pressure tactics continued instead of a clear, lawful explanation. This strongly suggests an upsell based on misinformation, preying on tourists who may not know local regulations.
I did not pay, but I am extremely concerned that this company had access to my personal identification documents during this interaction.
If you are a tourist or foreign licence holder, be very careful:
Do not accept claims of “legal requirements” without verification
Do not pay for licences offered locally
Do not feel pressured after sharing your documents

Late delivery
I have always booked my cars with this company and never had issues before. This time, I reserved an Audi Q3 with delivery directly at DXB Airport, clearly specifying that I wanted the car ready upon my arrival. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was no car waiting. After 40 minutes standing there, I contacted customer service and was simply told that “the car is still at the office.”
Having a customer wait after a confirmed reservation is extremely unprofessional, especially without any proactive communication or apology. I had been a loyal and reliable client for years, but this experience was disappointing enough to reconsider using their services in the future.
Professionalism and respect for the client’s time should come first. Unfortunately, this time, it was completely lacking.
