I ordered a battery for a oneplus 7 pro, paid everything, never received it... No answers to my emails... I think I got scammed real good.

Product is alright but customer support is unfriendly. If you ask them about something related to shipment or your order you will receive minimum possible information.

I'm still waiting my product. I commanded a camera replacement and I didn't have a code to follow the shipment as the vendors do always. I already wrote a mail to the info address and they don't answer...

ordered a replacement batter that never came

This is a scam. They take your money and never reply again. I am reporting them to the police. Avoid.

I purchased replacement battery for Google Pixel 4 XL – G020J-B 3700mAh. The battery acts normally until the battery charge goes lower than approx. 30% - then phone immediately switches off. This happens every time when that percentage is hit! At that moment, battery seems to be completely empty and phone cannot be switched on again, unless plugged to the charger. I didn't find any information in repairbase.eu how to return the faulty battery.

I got good customer service and parts came very quikly. And the only problem with the Venipak delivery was handled properly and professionally. Packaging was good also. 4 stars because reputation hasn’t been that good but will give 5 if next order goes smoothly

Ordered a battery from their website. Not sure they actually shipped anything, but gave me a tracking number that indicated that the shipment was returned to them - probably because of dangerous goods regulations.

I contacted them and they said it's my fault and won't refund the money. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing...

Ordered a battery online but received completely different part to one ordered. No reply when I requested a refund. Very poor, avoid this company.

I received three items, but one of those was a wrong model. Contacted their support, but got no answer. Do not reccomend this site

I have ordered Ear Speaker Replacement for CAT S62 Pro. But it doesn't fit, different model. I try connect with support service but didn't get any answer. Bad service.
I don't recommend this site.

The order hasn't showed up paid for

Ordered a new phone screen. It took a bit less than a week to arrive in France.
Lots of protection in the packaging to prevent any breaking during shipement.
Product was exactly as advertised.

I ordered a battery, and they marked the order as completed two days later. Despite emailing them and submitting the contact form multiple times over the next 20 days, I still haven't received any replies or a tracking number. Now, I'm left without having received any goods.

Pixel 6 PRO screen low quality
I ordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro screen (not the original one) SKU: DVS72567SES24
I did expect to have lower performance as the original one
I did not expect to render my phone useless:
* The phone became laggy, I had to reduce the fps from 120 to 60.
* Sometimes, out of no where it starts to record screen touches and the only fix is restarting the phone.
* The phone is noticeable slower than it used to be.

Beside the poor quality of the spare part, they were also quite unhelpful with the shipping tracking. I sent a couple emails because I was not able to track my shipment.

On the bright side, they were the only one I found with the screen in stock

Overpriced, delayed but correct part

Sent me the wrong item, no refund, not answering to emails, there's no phone on the website to call, "live" support is non-existant - SCAMMERS. AVOID AT ANY COST

10 Days of radio silence, and then courier arrived.The products received don't fit the phone they are supposed to and every one of them is for a different phone, so it's not a simple mixup. Impossible to get in touch by either email or "live" support on the website.

Repairbase.eu is a scam!

I ordered a package on the 17th of March and I have yet to recieve it. I have also reached out to them twice, but never got a response back. They won't send you your package, nor give the money back that you payed for nothing.
