Prompt service. No fuss repair. Recommended.

Very quick to get back to you and informative what the process was with parts and visit. Local engineer called once he had the parts to arrange a suitable time to complete the repair. I will be using this service again in the future

Fantastic service! Our washing machine broke down on Saturday night, leaking water. I contacted Repairmasters on Sunday and they were round that day to fix it. Can’t ask for more - great service and very responsive.

I scheduled a repair for my Smeg dual fuel cooker over the phone, and James assured me they would send an experienced engineer familiar with Smeg appliances. We also agreed on a "no fix, no pay" arrangement.

Initially, I had to chase the engineers for several days after the scheduled appointment. When the engineer finally arrived, he spent only 20 minutes at my home, showed no interest in resolving the issue, and left without making any repairs. Despite my wife mentioning that other engineers had already suggested ordering a PCB, he repeated the same advice and left. I went ahead and ordered the PCB, confirming the correct model with Smeg.

When I raised concerns about the situation, I was reassured that the engineer was experienced with Smeg and would solve the problem quickly. However, when he eventually returned—late at night without a scheduled appointment—he again refused to repair anything. He admitted he had no experience with Smeg appliances and had never been capable of fixing it. His words were: “I’m not sure why James scheduled this; we don’t repair Smeg,” even though their website prominently displays the Smeg logo.

This company is a classic scam—charging for visits while refusing to do any actual work. Avoid them at all costs!

Jamie was super helpful in trying to fix my washing machine (it wasn’t possible sadly in the end), so then he was super helpful in finding/sourcing me a new one. Based on my experience, I wld totally recommend Repairmasters

I received a quick response to my online request. I was offered a suitable home appointment with a date matching my availability. The engineer was knowledgeable and got my dishwasher going with a temporary fix on the first visit. He returned to complete a permanent fix a week later.
I am very happy with the service and outcome.

We were reluctantly thinking of a replacement .( Our type of under counted fridge is no longer made) and we are delighted to be able to carry on as before

Effective and efficient. Jamie and his staff responded promptly to my request and repaired my 19 year old Miele dishwasher taking care and working methodically through the problem. I would definitely recommend this company and if necessary use them again

We have a Miele washing machine that is nearly 20 years old and a few weeks ago I noticed a small leak on the floor. I contacted a local repair shop who said they wouldn't touch Miele and anyway there wouldn't be any spares for a machine that old. I was about to give up and buy a new one but I did a Google search search for someone local who offered Miele service and found Repairman.
I called and much to my surprise was offered a prompt appointment, together with the offer that if my old machine was not repairable I could purchase a new machine through them at a discount, and get a refund on the call-out fee.
Jamie, who attended, spent a long time checking the pipes, the impellor, the door seal and could find no obvious source for the leak. Still, he went that extra mile and to everyone's amazement, found a handkerchief at the back of the detergent drawer. The children much have put it there when they were playing some time ago!
As the result of Jamie's attention to detail we now have a perfect machine again. If he hadn't found the hanky we'd have had to fork out for a new machine. Jamie explained everything, tidied and dried up afterwards and gave some good advice about keeping the Miele working well.
I don't think I have every had a better service visit from any company.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

I am trying to get a refund for services that they have not been able to fulfil order number is Yak19315-0 I have asked for a refund of £140 and at present I am asking a phone call from them to verify the amount I have been trying to phone for the last 3 hours and also emailed them and they are just going round in circles and refusing to call me back as of today 5th August the company have refunded me an amount of money and I am very satisfied with the outcome but has taken a lot of emails to get the result

My miele dishwasher 8 yrs old showing error code E13..arranged an appt with this company for an engineer to call. The response to call-out was very quick! He was very polite . I’m not sure he knew how to diagnose this miele . He spent some time but then decided the machine was showing error code E17.. I checked this after he’d left..this error code does not exist. When asked if the d/washer was reparable..he. said that the repair masters company would sent me information ! I’ve got the bill £120.now paid . But no idea whether to dump the dishwasher or seek out an official miele engineer. I had thought this company was registered with miele.. I very much doubt it after my experience . I’m now in a quandary ..this dishwasher can it be repaired and who do I contact to help ?
