First time ever using this type of service. It's pretty neat. I needed specific part numbers for my Rav4 brake job and I found them all thankfully. Sadly there wasn't a diagram for my brake caliper clips and shim pad kits but I found the part number in the manual and just cross referenced them online. Pretty neat service!

the manuals aren't what I thought they were. i was looking for a manual like Haynes or whatever. these are still informative don't get me wrong but jus not exactly easy to navigate thru.

The smart car manual had only a little bit of information, not more than the owners manual pretty much.
There was no engine brake transmission information to rebuild at all. It was very disappointing. The 1-800-416-8217 is not in service. I’m hoping for a refund of my $29.00 for 1 year.

Had what I wanted at fair price. My only concern is the ability to print. It can be done, but not easy to do.

the buying experience is simple and efficient. The manual is well laid out. I have not had a chance to really dig into it but it looks good.

I purchased a manual specifically for the information on how to remove the trim on the dash to remove the radio. This was for a Final Edition 2019 VW Beetle SEL, which the manual specifically said was covered. It wasn't. Nearly everything, inclusding this manual, that I found talked all about the regular 2019 VW Beetle but not the final edition version which has a different dash than the regular beetle. It would be nice if the manual information stated that. I'm sure I'll find other useful information in the future but I was disappointed this time around.

Worth the money. Did provide insight unavailable elsewhere. Though the manuals and information could be a little more comprehensive.

My experience was great because of the great customer service. I had an issue with one of the manuals that I purchased and Jon, with customer service took care of my issues. He got back to me promptly and answered all my questions regarding my issue.
The manual that I purchased had most of the information that a service manual should have but some information was not there. Other manuals that I used were older vehicles and all the information was there. The manuals downloaded with no problems and the printer function worked great. The price was also reasonable.

I thought it was a total waste of money. The repair procedures were very rudimentary. The illustrations were practically worthless.

Manuel is easy to use it could be more in depth on some of the repair steps.

The information available in this manual just adds to other manuals and articles that i have obtained via the net. When searching for a specific bit of information amongst thousands of parts that makes up a 1500 you have to gather as much knowledge as you can from all those providing it. I find this important to enable one to be able to see different aspects explained and diagrams offered.
In the end one gets a better understanding of how things work which enables one to undertake a repair with confidence

The manual was not what i would expect a repair manual to be at all . I was very disappointed and requested a refund. Have had a couple responses from them, but no refund ! I would not recommend them at all. Dont waste your money,

I searched for a manual to complete some necessary repairs on a Kia Niro. I wasn't too sure what to expect for the specifics of the content, but saw the positive reviews and decided to make a purchase. I'm glad I did because I was impressed with the depth and detail found in the manuals for each vehicle.

Id recommend for anyone interested in getting work done right for their vehicles.
