Great service from Paul, to fix our Rangemaster cooker, after the main oven element had gone. He also fixed a few minor problem as well (broken bottom draw and some missing screws)

Thank you Paul for a prompt and very professional repair. You had all the parts you required and you were extremely quick to diagnose and rectify the problem.

The engineer was first class, he took time to thoroughly check and discover what was causing the electrical fault tripping the fuse board.
He was a very pleasant guy who did a great job

Contacted to arrange repair for Rangemaster cooker, found it hard to believe that I had to pay up front but was told that I’d get a call from a tech within 1-2 days, guess what no calls and when I called them there was a indifferent person who wasn’t surprised that no call was made. I’ll give them time over the weekend and on Monday I’ll do what needs to be done.

I'm really impressed by their fantastic service after a part failed in my 22-year old Falcon oven. Kate at Repairtech found the part I needed and it was with me a couple of days later. Would definitely recommend them.

We have 2 repairs carried out by Paul Beggs to our Rangemaster oven and he was truly professional in everything he did. He called us to let us know when he was arriving and was promptly on time. Nothing was a problem to him when we asked for advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul to our friends and family.

My Aga stopped working on Boxing Day. The company who had looked after it had closed so I turned to Repairtech . On contacting them I told them what part had broken and sent a picture of the part when they said that an engineer would be sent to see what was needed to get it going again. As one is charged per visit and I wanted my Aga fixed ASAP I did everything I could to make sure this was going to be sorted out in one go. I was given the contact details of the engineer and asked if he had got the part needed and he had'nt The engineer who came said the aga had a gas leak and was going to have to turn the gas off including my heating and hot water. I had to insist he didn't do this. Over the next few weeks he came back and forth and could still not get it to work. He then started the blame game and said it was to old to fix having replaced every part and there is not much to an Aga which is one of their attraction. Repairtech are essentially an agent and they didn't want to know my problems. The engineer was trying to get me to spend even more money on parts he was randomly ordering in the hope it would work.I refused and went back to Repairtech to resolve the matter . I had spent 653.71 , my AGA was not working and the engineer started to behave as if he was doing me a favour. All very stressful and inconveneant as the stove heats my kitchen eating area and I was cooking on a camping stove for months. I asked for a full refund as the stove was not working and they gave me back 200 . They said this was because the engineer had attended numerous times and he had replaced parts. How can a company make a virtue out of failing to fix an appliance. Do not use this company , Im still 5 months later having got it fixed because it hadn't been clean out properly and sent the evidence to Repairtech which prove their engineer to be totally incompetent trying to get my money back. They are saying they are looking into it and waiting for a report from their gas compliant expert. You dont need to be an expert to see this is a case of poor service and they want to be paid for doing nothing but causing me vast amounts of stress and money. P.S to reply from REPAIRTECH . It really shouldn't have taken me months and huge effort to get my money back , I trusted your company to behave in a responsible manner but you were happy to sit back and let me have to deal with the incompetent engineer . What I advise anyone in the future to do is to report this sort of service to at the credit card provider they paid with in the required time frame , and let them deal with it . This company takes your money up front and they would have kept it, They gave me back 2 hundred pounds 'AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL ' They had;nt done the job pure and simple as that. I waited till I got the AGA fixed , It had not been cleaned out properly , before I INSISTED ON THE REST OF MY REFUND. Even armed with this evidence I still didn't get a full refund as they said they had paid for parts even though they weren't all needed. It docent matter to them that I was greatly inconvenienced by all this and just because I own an AGA it does not mean I'm rich . Do not use this company .

I called up with an issue for my rangemaster not working (bottom left oven). Spoke to Mark Stone who was incredibly helpful and professional. Even better rather than booking an engineer helped me over the phone to fix the issue . Can not recommend enough

Fantastic service, friendly engineer. Provided advice on what had caused issue and how to stop it reoccurring. Clean and tidy.

I had a part for my cooker that was wrongly diagnosed by a visiting engineer. Sam Starling of Repairtech Services sent me all details on how to return the part to them for a refund. I followed all instructions but the part sent with the post office and their agent did not arrive. Sam and I did some investigating and tracked the parcel which had been delivered to the wrong address some 100mtrs away. He organised a search to the surrounding area with no success and sent me details of his work. I used these details to make a claim and due to his thorough work I obtained a full refund from the delivery company and an apology admitting their mistake. Well done Mr Sam Starling all due to your attention to detail and determination to obtain a favourable result.

I'd put off this task, because I thought it would be tedious and difficult. I was completely wrong. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and made sure that I got the right part. It arrived two days later and was exactly what I needed. Amazing service - thank you!

Really pleasant guy too
Cheers

Andy and his colleague worked hard - with good humour - on a particularly demanding job of excavating and replacing the Aga insulation and dealing with a serious leak. We are very grateful.
