Unfortunately I cannot give a favourable review of my experience.
I had a fault with my Rangemaster 90 classic induction hob.
I contacted Rangemaster on 8/3/24 and had a live chat with someone in their technical team and was asked to send a short video showing the problem.
I received a reply from Rangemaster the next day and was told the symptoms suggested an issue with the display board and was given a part number P045186 and they recommended contacting Repairtech who might be able to offer an out of warranty repair.
I contacted Repairtech who gave me a quote for the part of £271.99 which includes the engineer fitting it which you have to pay up front before it's fitted!
The engineer came and fitted the part on 15/3/24. I am afraid to say the part did not make any difference to the fault that I had. Obviously I have paid for a part which wasn't fit for purpose.

Great support from the team. Unfortunately the part I requested, a Grill Element, was dispatched without appropriate packaging, it came in a flimsy bag and it really needed protective card to prevent the fragile nature of the electrical component. As the technician who will fit this for me isn't available until next week I don't know if it was damaged in transit yet.
Rangemaster Repair tech have responded helpfully and resolved the issue straight away. I'm very impressed by the immediate professionalism showed to me. Thank you for your service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable technical staff were able to identify and supply the new parts needed for my 17 year old Falcon range cooker. The goods arrived within 24 hours and the cooker is now fully functional again. Big thumbs up for Repairtech Services!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! I paid £234.00 for an Engineer to repair my 110 Range Cooker . Initial visit week 1 , after a week i phoned to see what was happening, the part hadn't been ordered, then the engineer couldn't come as he had covid, which can’t be helped but , it was me that had to keep phoning to find out what was going on . Finally engineer returned, before I had left hand cooker and all 6 rings working after engineer came, the cooker on the right still not working and only 2 rings on top working . My cooker was declared Irreparable and i was paying £234.00 any way . After complaining that my cooker was now worse than it was before, I was reluctantly given my money back .

Moved house last week. Called Repair Tech on Friday as oven and grill not functioning. Discussed probability that it was the clock. Paul arrived promptly this morning at 09.00. Replaced clock knobs. All now functioning. 1st class service from a knowledgeable and friendly engineer. Many thanks.

My repair was handled quickly and efficiently. It took 2 days from initial contact for engineer to come and diagnose the problem and another 3 days for him to come back with the spare part to do the repair. In the overall scheme of things the cost was acceptable.

Expert service able to get the part I needed with only the model number, making the phone call quick and painless. They said it would maybe arrive in two weeks, as the part may have to be manufactured which I’d prepared myself for. I was delighted however, to receive it within four days.
Parcel tracking worked a dream too as I was easily able to have my part diverted to a safe place as I was out.
This is only the second time I’ve had to use this company but as before, customer service is excellent and reliable.

Above and Beyond….
A couple of weeks before Christmas the door to our fridge freezer compartment wouldn’t close. Bit of plastic had fractured. Bother. Rang Mark Stone up and quickly got a replacement sent.
Couldn’t fit it meself. Got a man. He broke the compartment door!! Christmas looming. Wife decidedly not pleased.
Rang Mark again. Could you pl send us a new door and while your at it could you attach the handle to close it. Sorry. Can’t do that they are dispatched from the warehouse in two separate bits. This was about 3:30.
Staggered to receive bits next morning before my breakfast. Imagine absolute delight when parcel contained handle already fitted.
Decidedly service above and beyond our expectations.
New door fitted no problem.
Wife happy.
Well done.
