They provided a replacement oven element for my 19 year old Rangemaster Ceramic Cooker. Which arrived within in about 10 days of my order, it had not been in stock, I had not expected it to arrive for another 20 days. I installed the element myself and it worked. So very pleased with the service provided.

I'm writing this on behalf of an elderly friend Robin Bromley who recently used this company. At 79 Robin struggles to use the internet and ask me to help to pass on just how happy he was with some recent work that was done to his AGA. The operative was polite and carried out his work to a high standard ensuring the appliance worked better than it has done for many years
Mr Bromley would have no hesitation in using this company again in the future

Paul has attended twice in the last few weeks. Initially to attend to look at a faulty ring on my hob and following diagnosis and ordering of parts he has been back today to resolve the issue. I was really impressed with the service...... friendly, knowledgable and explains what he is doing and why. I would definitely recommend him 👍👍

Paul visited and fixed my grill. He also reminded me of other features that my rangecooker has and I've been busy getting reacquainted with my oven. Paul also adjusted the grill so it pulls out a little more. And all with a smile. Excellent customer service. ☺

Brilliant service. Paul was friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He moved the stove carefully to avoid damage to the surfaces and cabinets and replaced the dial spindle quickly and efficiently. He put the oven back in position and cleared up afterwards giving helpful advice on how to clean the cooker in the future. A quick and efficient resolution with great customer service. Thank you.

I was referred to Repairtech Services UK Ltd by Rangemaster as my oven has just gone out of warranty. Looking at these reviews I am fairly certain Repairtech Services doesn’t actually employ any engineers. I think they are a broker. Long story short, I was charged £234 in advance with a lot of chatter about disclaimers etc ( alarm bells ) and a promise that an engineer would call me. Most peculiar setup. 2 days later an engineer called me from a reputable repair firm I’ve used before ( for another device ) Within 2 mins the engineer had diagnosed the problem over the phone and presto ! The oven was working once again. I called RepairTech services UK to cancel the call-out. I was told there will be a refund less £36 ‘ADMIN FEE’. I never take out my indignation on the person delivering the news, regardless of how ridiculous. I’ve written to Rangemaster requesting a full refund as the real repair firm confirmed:
a) they don’t charge in advance and
b) in the event the call is cancelled THERE IS NO CHARGE
