Order not received and no response from company in 4 months
I ordered replacement lenses in October, tracking shows they have been sitting in customs since 11/2/25. I sent numerous messages asking them to resend the lenses or to refund my money. Neither have been done. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received and would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Delivery was a bit too long to the US, but apart from that the product is excellent. Easy to fit, looks great and matches the original for a cheap price.

A great all round service
I ordered a pair of replacement lenses for my Ray Ban sunglasses that had got scratches on the original lenses. The online ordering experience was very good with a clear choice of the different lens types & colours and the price was competitive. I received several updates after I had placed my order about the lenses being dispatched, en route to a courier and then finally out for delivery, which was reassuring. It took 15 days from placing my order to delivery, which included the Christmas period, so again a great effort as the lenses came from Granada in Spain. I'd definitely order again if I need replacement lenses in the future.

They are the only company on the Internet selling what I needed. Shipping was expensive, but not ridiculous. Saved my $200 glasses. I would order from them again.

The only place to get replacement arms, be prepared to wait and do a little DIY
Ordered replacement OEM Rayban arms Nov 20. Delivered Dec 18 with an original delivery estimate of Dec 1. Shipped from Spain to the US
The package was trapped in international shipping purgatory for over 2 weeks, wasn't released until I made an inquiry with USPS.
On arrival the package mercifully contained both left and right replacement arms, both the correct length. Unfortunately the temple tips attached to the arms were both for the right side. I had to wrestle with my old pair of arms to salvage the left side temple arm from my old set.
There are no alternatives but I can't call this a positive experience, it's not cheap, it's not fast, it's not even correct.
