Excellent company!! Quality lenses and quality Customer Service..ALWAYS! I have had many replacement lenses done by RLE through the years, and I am always pleased. If ever there is a problem, they work with you. Communication is the key if you have never ordered lenses online before. I have ordered for 20 or more years. I had a problem with only one company before finding RLE. But after finding RLE, they have been my go-to company because Jennifer REALLY is eager to please and help with ANY question! I always order several pairs at a time, due to cost savings and not buying new frames. Their email communication is great and glasses come back quickly.

took about a week from sending and returning. Pricing is fair. I initially took the frames to Lensxxxxxxx and those clowns said they could not makes lenses for it because "Frame had a small blemish on it" Ridiculous I will never buy glasses or lenses from Lensxxxxx for trying to forcing a upsell for a set of frames to me.
