I had problems trying to issue a ticket to someone as I needed the date of birth and full name of the person. I emailed customer service and got a very helpful and quick response. After the event, the money was in my account in less than a week. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with Ticketmaster Resale and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

It was my first time using Ticketmaster Resale and my experience was a bit disappointing although, not entirely Ticketmasters fault. Essentially the tickets I listed sold in 24 hours after listing however the email advice went to my Spam folder. How that happened when I received all other emails from Ticketmaster Resale fine I dont know. However the impact of this was as Id received no notification of the sale I assumed my tickets hadnt sold and invited friends to use our extra tickets . It was only when I logged into Ticketmaster Resale to remove the tickets from sale did i see that they had in fact sold. I made numerous attempts to contact Ticketmaster Resale to discuss the situation and see what options I had without success. It was only when I reached out via Facebook did I get any response. The response I received helped me identify what had occurred, but there was no assistance in helping to resolve the situation by contacting the buyer. Simply that it was our problem. Subsequently had to un-invite my friends which was very embarassing, and the whole thing took some enjoyment out of our night.

This was the first time I used this website due to having to resell a ticket. The site itself is a straight forward to use (it does all the work for you) & you are kept up to date with emails as to what is happening and within days of the event the money is in your account. Simple and easy to use. There is also a hotline to help you if you can't understand anything. Thanks Ticketmaster resale.

Never thought selling my tickets would work so conveniently. I've had such a good experience when using this site. My tickets have sold within days and I will always recommend this to others. Next time I buy a ticket, I will check Ticketmaster Resale first!

My experience was soo bad I paid a lot of money for x4 tickets for the killers in Sydney few weeks ago sold them to you guys sent the tickets through and you had charged me $300-400 in costs because you said you didn’t receive your tickets which I sent.very unhappy

At first I was sceptical, but I have been pleasantly surprised.
Easy to list tickets and once sold, easy to upload for the buyer.
Safe, secure and no hassle because not dealing with strangers etc.
The only negative that I can think of, is that it takes up to two weeks for payment to be received.
I will keep using Ticketmaster Resale as a seller and buyer.

The resale and refund went as promised. Managed to sell 4 Ticketmaster e-tickets on the day of the show, sold within 3 hours of posting.

It was fantastic to be able to resale the tickets i purchased.
I bought the wrong seats that my family had wanted. So when i was able to resell the original tickets i was able to buy the ones that my family wanted.

I really appreciate that Ticketmaster is doing so much to tackle scalpers and keep ticket prices at the same level as they are originally sold for. However, I don’t believe the resale commission should be so high. If you are encouraging people to resell their tickets through a genuine vendor and also have people buy these tickets, why would we do so when $25 of that ticket is being taken by Ticketmaster? So often I have lost money on a ticket I have had to resell because I’ve had to drop the price below what I bought it for to make way for that $25. And when I’ve looked for tickets to buy for sold out concerts, they sell for more than the original price due to this - completely defeating the purpose of the Ticketmaster Resale site. I do not believe that Ticketmaster doesn’t make enough from regular sales that they need to charge resale commission to keep the Resale website running.

Very efficient service, easy to do, and good to resell tickets that cannot be used to genuine fans at reasonable prices.

Ticketmaster Resale mark-up is too high and the delay for payment to the reseller until 10 days after the gig, regardless of when the tickets were resold (2 months before the gig in my case) is taking the **** a bit!

The process was easy and communication was great. My payment was a little delayed because I updated my bank details and it didn't update on Ticketmaster's end. Overall a great experience

Ticketmaster resale is a easy and convenient way to sell event tickets and with every ticket I have had to sell has been sold through the site.
Uploading tickets after the sale can be a little difficult but the staff will call if there are any issues.
The time between the sale and the cost of tickets being deposited is far too long.

I love using Ticketmaster Resale Australia! It makes it 10x easier to sell tickets and there's the reassurance that you will get your money for your ticket!

The process for selling tickets is awesome! There’s zero stress as once your tickets are listed there’s nothing left to do (no bank transfers, meet ups to give people tickets etc.). The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the time it can take to get paid back for the sale. Sometimes it’s within the time frames specified but I have had times where it takes a fair bit longer.
